Dr. Basner and all of the staff were very professional and kind during my visits and especially on my surgery day. I would highly recommend him to anyone. They made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions that I had. I never felt rushed on any of my visits. He did an amazing job. I am very satisfied with my results.

Dr. Basner was an absolutely amazing doctor to have! He explained my surgery in detail and with ease. My surgery was smooth and recovery was simple. Dr. Basner absolutely know what he is doing!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience from Dr. Basner and his team. He made sure I was given a voice throughout the procedure and any concerns I had were met with listening ears. The entire process was expedient, simple, pain free, and completed without a hitch. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Dr. Basner did my brachioplasty a few months ago and I couldn't be happier with my entire experience. The staff was friendly and addressed any questions i had and helped me through every step toward my procedure. I LOVE my new arms and can't wait for summer to show them off

Completely left me blotched and refused to fix anything which has led to medical issues as a result of his negligence. He was kind until I started having complications (couldn't walk for well over a week and he couldn't see me because per his receptionist"he was too booked with surgergies"), which landed me in the ER and he didn't even care to check on me.

I was told by Dr Basner that all women have their chest fall into their armpits (later confirmed by other PSs I have bottoming out and bilateral displacement), and when I voiced my concerns about other areas Dr Basner told me "no one will see you naked anyway." I have never felt more uncomfortable and made to feel like a lesser of a person in my life.

He was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. The office staff constantly made me feel like a nuisance. IMO He cares about the money not you as a person. Based on my experience I do not reccomend Dr Basner.

It's been one year since my surgery with Dr. Basner and I just have to say how pleased I am with the results. Dr. Basner and his staff made me feel well cared for and were available to address my every concern. I had some post surgery issues with dry eye and major bruising but I trusted his professional expertise and time to heal. I feel I've turned back time when I look in the mirror and I'm happy and confident and highly recommend Dr. Basner to do that for you.

Dr. Basner is amazing and kind as are all of his team. He is not only an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable surgeon, but an artist. I couldn't be happier with my results and I'm only 3 weeks post op. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

After losing around 70 lbs and having 2 babies, I was left with diastasis of my abdominal muscles and a lot of loose skin. I was nervous, to undergo surgery, but surgery was the only answer to fix the damaged muscles and excessive skin. After recommendation from a friend, I decided to consult with Dr. Basner. We thoroughly discussed options for my procedure, and I felt confident that I was in the right hands.

I had my surgery 3 months after my consultation. It went perfectly. Dr. Basner's work FAR exceeded my expectations. My bellybutton is beautiful and doesn't have any external scarring. My incision line is so low that any pant or swimsuit bottom conceals it. The incision scar is so smooth and thin. Honestly, his work is flawless! As wild of a claim that this might sound, the surgery has changed my life exponentially for the better!

I would do it again in a heart beat. My only complaint is that the wait times for office visits are usually very behind schedule, even for morning appointments. But this is a minor inconvenience for the benefit of having an amazing medical team!

Dr. Basner is an amazing surgeon who did an amazing job! He listened to every worry and concern that I had regarding my procedure and assured me that everything would be exactly what I wanted/needed. He was so right! I couldn't be happier with the outcome! His staff is also great! So attentive (shout out to Colleen!) who answered every question I had throughout the process. Great service from start to finish! Thank you, Dr. Basner for giving me my happy ending to my weight loss story!

Dr. Basner couldn't have done a better job with my nose! Not only was he incredibly kind, personable and attentive throughout my entire experience, but he gave me the perfect nose for my face. He listened to my concerns and explained exactly what he would do to address them. Everyone at The Plastic Surgery Center of Maryland is wonderful - you're in good hands with Dr. Basner!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Had a breast reduction by Dr. Basner in 2017, awful results. Four years later I cannot wear any bathing suit without both areolas popping out, my scars have buckled, my aerolas are too high they come out of all bras, low cut shirts, anything you name it. I did this surgery to gain confidence in my body & I hate it more than ever now because of Dr. Basner's work. Unbelievable, horrible results. I fully regret getting this operation.

Let me start by saying Dr Basner is absolutely wonderful. I received my lipo 360 surgery on August 31 2021. My initial consultation with him was very comfortable and he advised me of any questions or concerns that I may have. Once I received my surgery I lost a ton of weight and my self confidence of my body is off the charts. I get compliments everywhere I go and my friends even say I look awesome. Dr Basner work speaks for itself.

I had little to no bruising and my stomach is smaller then ever before. I can wear clothes that were to small and some are to big. Either way from his personality alone and his work is all needed. He's Awesome! Please book your next surgery with him. He's definitely number #1 in my book. Thank you to his staff and the nurses who were so very nice to me. I appreciate you all!

Dr. Basner is truly amazing! I had my first breast augmentation in April 2012 and the results were awesome! I didn't have any complications and was back to work within 4 days of surgery. Dr. Baser made me feel confident and beautiful and I was so happy to have gone through with the operation. I started with AA and ended up with a Full D/DD. Fast forward 9 years and I'm more fit, healthy and athletic and wanted my breasts to match my toned, sporty body.

I now live 2 hours away but was absolutely going to drive back to see Dr. Basner since I trust him to do another surgery. We had a consult and he knew I was looking to downsize (a little bit) and understood the result I was trying to achieve. I had surgery June 4 and was recently able to shower and take a look at my new breasts - they are perfect!

I went down about a cup size and now they seem to be much more proportioned to my body. I cannot wait to be fully healed, get back to working out and staying fit and healthy :-) I highly recommend Dr. Basner, his nurses and office staff! Everyone is so wonderful! Thank you so much!

There are no words to describe the way that Dr. Basner has improved my life. He did my tummy tuck 10 years ago with flawless results and I just had a reduction. I went from an N cup to a D and my breasts are beautiful, perky and I really love them. Plus, no more back pain, wearing 3 bras to go for a run or boobs that hang to my belly button. I have seen a ton of pictures and was nervous that they would be smaller but not look great but he exceeded every expectation. It's scary to think about surgery but Dr. Basner and his team made me feel informed and comfortable.

I was recommended Dr. Adam L Basner. I called today to this clinic with couple questions, lady on the phone was very rude, she was way out of patience and I even couldn't talk more the 2 minutes. Looks like clinic doing very well so they can afford treat potential patients as a garbage

Dr Basner performed a Blepharoplasty on me earlier this month. That is a big word for an eye lift or surgical enhancement of my old eyelids. It was a straightforward procedure but I would certainly not let anyone but the best operate on my eyes. I love the outcome! He delivers the results that will enhance your well-being.

Dr. Basner has been nothing but excellent throughout my consult, surgery and post-op experience. He is extremely talented and honest and would recommend him to anyone, including my own mother. Additionally, his office is nice and clean and his staff is exceptional. Everyone was great with answering questions and making me feel comfortable. I'm thrilled with my results and cannot say enough great things about Dr. B and The Plastic Surgery Center of Maryland!

I had a facelift and some liposuction done by Dr. Basner in 2005 and I was very impressed with my results. In 2019, I began researching the brachioplasty or arm lift procedure. Like most people, I was concerned about the scar and exact location of the incision. I spent hours reading reviews and watching online videos about arm lifts. I was in agreement with most people when they said they would rather have a thin scar than the hanging skin that comes with age, weight loss or both. However, it is good to consider the different options of incision location since a scar will be permanent.

Many doctors make the incision "medially" which starts pretty much in the center of the underarm and extends to the elbow. In this location, it is much more visible from the front than the back. Yes, it is kind of underneath but in my opinion, it is only really hidden when your arms are held straight down beside your body and how often do we really stand like that?

Consider that when communicating, most people use some type of arm gestures and body language. Consider the fact that you raise your arms slightly every time you fix your hair, make-up or even adjust your eyeglasses. When you are up close and personal to others, you are usually facing them. A medially placed incision scar would be visible in all these situations. Dr. Basner makes a "posterior" incision which is completely hidden from the front and sides and only visible from behind.

Even then, it is placed towards the inside of your arm close to your body. In my opinion, I would much rather my incision be located toward the back or "posteriorly". Dr. Basner has always been extremely professional and took the time to address all of my concerns. He called me the evening I had the surgery to ask how I was feeling. I would highly recommend him and his practice to anyone.

I recently underwent cosmetic surgery with Dr. Basner. I had a breast reduction/lift and also liposuction to help with the shape of my breast. I am only 5 weeks post op but I cannot believe the transformation! I am so extremely happy with my results. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Basner. He called me hours after my surgery to see how I was doing, took time to talk me through everything I needed to know from the consult to my 4 week post op check and answered thoroughly any questions I had. I have since referred several people to him and will continue to!

I had a breast augmentation in 2004 from Dr Basner. His warm, friendly manner and expertise were exquisite. I'm still happy with the results and this has been over 10 years! My breast are still full and perky. The incision was around my nipples so no scars. Very happy with the results. I'd recommend Dr. Basner for any cosmetic surgical procedure without reservation.

Dr. Basner was a total God send. For years I considered getting surgery and kept wavering because I was nervous about finding the right doctor who I could trust. Once I found Dr. Basner, I instantly felt comfortable and completely trusted his abilities. He was incredibly patient with me throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to post surgery calls and check-ins.

I am an incredibly nervous person (especially when it comes to my health!) and Dr. Basner made sure to keep me comfortable throughout it all. His entire staff was also incredibly warm, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only was the process smooth and reassuring, my surgery came out beautifully! I am so happy with the results that I think I will go back for more surgeries that I have been considering and too hesitant to commit to. I cannot recommend him enough. Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Basner!

I wish I could leave a good review, but I am overall very displeased with the results. Had a breast augmentation with Dr. Basner in December 2015. The people are very friendly prior to the surgery, but do not bother to help you once the surgery is over. I still have big dark scars from the surgery and overall disappointed in the sizing results. Also, Dr. Basner didn't mention anything about scar recovery.

When I asked him if there's any products that would help or if there's anything I need to do (i.e. massage, ointment, etc), he said the incisions should heal on their own and the scars should be gone in a year. I've tried contacting them several times after the first year, and heard nothing back. Wish I could say otherwise, but overall I wish I went somewhere else.

I was pleased with the results and Dr. Basner's extensive knowledge. He along with his staff were compassionate thorough and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

Dr. Basner needs to get his license revoked! I am very disappointed with the way he lied when he set expectations for what I can expect from my surgery. He did not deliver on what he proposed during my consult. I suffered terribly after the surgery. Dr. Basner approach is to load his patients down with pain killers instead of trying to understand a patient concerns. Patients don't want to mask the problem with pain medication.

We want to know that if you make a mistake, you're committed to making it right without trying to sell us a revision surgery! WHY should I have to pay for another surgery if YOU did not get it right when you had the opportunity?! Some people might have had a good experience but I had a horrible experience. How can any physician take a patient money and know he fell short but run away from the problem instead of trying to correct the problem. Dr. Basner lacks integrity and he does not have a conscious! I trusted you and you let me down!

Dr. Basner is the best of the best! My only regret is I didn't come to him first. I would have saved myself a lot of money and heartache. After 2 surgeries prior to Dr. Basner. He fixed my breast, they are beautiful and perfect! Dr. Basner is an artist! Forever grateful!

Five stars for Dr Basner I can't say enough good things about him. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly and they will answer any questions that you may have. Dr Basner himself is a great guy who listens to exactly what you want. Many surgeons will do what they want to do that being said he did get his advice when I suggested something that he didn't think it would be so great. Put my trust in him and I've never been happier.
