Dr. Cuzalina is the best Dr. out there! He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and goes the extra mile to help you. He spends the time with you to discuss any questions you might have and explains all of your options in detail. He makes you feel extremely comfortable from the moment he walks in. On top of his superior bed side manner his work comes out phenomenal!
I had major revisional breast work done repairing a birth defect and my breasts came out better then I could have ever imagined! If you are looking for a kind, compassionate Dr. who also does amazing work he is the guy to go to! His office staff is also so very kind and helpful and is always there to answer and questions you might have. I highly recommend Dr. Cuzalina and Tulsa Surgical Arts! You will not leave there disappointed! He restored my confidence and changed my life!!

I went to Tulsa Surgical arts in tulsa for a Rhinoplasty and some liposuction around the cheeks and neck. After visiting with Dr. Cuzalina approximately 5 times he made a typical, or non-typical, remark that he has patients lined up in the back and he really doesn't need the money if i am really not interested in the procedure. He came off as a pretty nice guy during most of the meetings, but this set off a red flag.
I decided to go ahead with the surgeries anyways because he seemed genuinely nice at the time. In the preparation room, before the surgery, i asked the nurse that if i didn't like what was done with my face, or if it needed revision, how would the process work. She said that if there was anything i didn't like about my nose after the procedure Cuzalina would fix it.
Results : after 6 total visits he still didn't do what i ask. Whats more, he kept 5 other people in the room with him during our conversations, said what he wanted to say, then left. Injected one side of my face with a steroid that made my cheek sink in, but didn't do the other, now one side is more defined.
He didn't offer to fix anything, and pretty much blew me off. For the love of your body, don't pick a surgeon because someone else recommends him or because he comes off genuinely nice...thats not enough. And don't be fooled by anything the surgeon or his staff says. Get it all in writing and if he comes off pushy walk out of his office.
