After having both esthetic and cosmetic treatments here, I can confidently say that I am very satisfied with the result as well as the service. I had a deep pore cleanse and a light chemical peel with their esthetician Meghan which left my skin clear and GLOWING! Even one month after the treatment, my skin is still clear and I have had little to no. breakouts on my face since. Dr. Jacob also did an amazing job with my first botox treatment. She was very professional and informative, and I am very satisfied with my results! Will definitley be returning!

I am writing this review over 10 years overdue. My friend is having a same problem as I did back then, and I wanted to look up Dr. Jacob so I can refer him to her. She did an amazing job diagnosing my problem and prescribing a remedy. She gave me a prescription along with a free doctor's sample of the medicine which worked so well and fast, I didn't even need to visit the pharmacy. Thank you Dr. Jacob, and please keep up the good work.

Dr Jacob fixed hyperpigmention on forehead that others doctors were unable to fix. She has also managed Rosacea on my cheeks. My skin been greatly improved by her great care and expertise. Office has always been polite and accommodating. I have been very pleased with my results.

Called for a Doctor, Got a rude assistant that shouldn't even be in a Doctors office! This place is a joke, Assistant gave me a whopping 3 minutes of her precious time telling me I had pre-cancerous spots on my face, then prescribed me some $200 cream that she "of course" gets a major kick-back from the drug company that pushes them to sell it. NEVER SAW A DOCTOR! Do yourself a favor and call anyone else in the city, this place should be investigated and shut down!

I moved to Chicago from the East Coast and had been searching for a new dermatologist. After a few starts and stops, I was recommended to Dr. Jacob by a friend. She is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about all things "skin". Her office is beautiful, her staff top notch, and I can usually get an appointment fairly quickly. She's also a master at "pain-free" botox injections. Highy recommend!

Dr. Pritzker and her team are phenomenal. I made a visit to Chicago Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology to control my problem skin. Dr. Pritzker was able to make a swift diagnosis and provide effective treatment. It has only been a couple of months, and my skin is undergoing a positive change- one I never expected. I was even fortunate enough to have Dr. Pritzker remove milia on the spot at no further cost. I do not know any other MD that practices with that level of generosity.
