CARELESS OR INCOMPETENT Dr Hoffman did a terrible job on my primary rhinoplasty. He left me struggling to breath through my nose with a number of visible and functional deformities. Including an inverted v deformity, bilateral nasal valve collapse, an over resected dorsal hump, a pinched sharp tip, an uncorrected deviated septum, uncorrected concha bullosa, and an alarplasty that left large visible scarring right down the side of my nostril.
He told me in my last consultation that he "might not have been the best practitioner of medicine during this time because he's more stressed than he's ever been". That he didn't know how to fix the problems he caused, that he was an ENT too long ago and he doesn't know the needed techniques. I went to another surgeon who told me he did a bad job, especially considering he used to be an ENT, and that he had just had a consult with another unhappy patient of Dr Hoffmans.
I have lost count of the times his office manager and wife Nica, has lied to me about getting back to me with information or responding to questions and never doing so. The moment my complications became apparent they became dismissive, unresponsive and rude. They said they would offer a refund and have since lied to and stonewalled me for months with no refund in sight. Save yourself the pain and money and find a different surgeon. Because if your surgery goes anything like mine you will have to find a different surgeon to fix it anyway.

Horrible response times, unprofessional pushy staff, don't understand their own programs and offers. Disrespectful to my wife and her issues. Doctor seemed friendly and knowledgeable but this must be a mirage because the people he surrounds himself with are not quality staff and not good at customer service. For this kind of money I would expect better service than the McDonald's drive thru but unfortunately McDonald's looks like rockstars compared to this place. Go find somewhere else to spend your money, if we could do a zero star review we would!

I underwent an abdominoplasty procedure with Dr. Hoffman 10/2019. I work in healthcare and have pretty high standards when it comes to surgeons. I can not say enough about how personable Dr. Hoffman and his staff are, trust me you will not be disappointed. At my initial consultation he took time to explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and show me some photos from his portfolio.
The after care was too notch as well. Always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It's been over a year out from my procedure and I'm still in love with my results. Highly recommend, I will be going back for future procedures.

Dr. Hoffman and his staff were wonderful, absolute magic! They went above and beyond meeting my expectations and my results blew me away. They really know how make you feel very at ease and answer every question you have to make sure you get the full education and information on everything you want to get done down to a T with many before and after photos similar (or exactly) to your procedure.
His staff is with you every step of the way and he spends time with you the morning of surgery which calms your nerves even more. I was a collegiate athlete and suffered a knee injury in my mid 20s. He reshaped and contoured my body back to what it was in my college hockey years but but even better, I still can't get over how amazing I now look and feel!
I cannot wait to see him again for another procedure that I will be scheduling for the fall. If you are on the fence, trying to find a doctor that is the best fit, look no further! Seriously, you will not be disappointed if you put all of your trust in Dr. Hoffman and his staff! :)

I went to Dr. Hoffman to have a gynecomastia revision surgery. After having a bad experience and not getting the desired results about ten years ago, I finally decided to find another doctor that could deliver. Dr. Hoffman was by far the best choice. I really couldn't be happier with the results. The first procedure didn't do much to remove the breast tissue, even after the original surgeon went in a second time. I would recommend Dr. Hoffman to anyone needs plastic surgery. If nothing else, go in for a consultation and hear what he has to say. You won't be disappointed!

If you are considering a surgery do not schedule until you have seen Dr. Hoffman. His care is genuine and his skill is brilliant. You can feel how much he cares and how he sees you not only as a patient, but as a whole person. He has great attentiveness in determining the best results for your body. This is very apparent in meeting him. I've now had my second surgery with him in 10 years and I would go nowhere else. I cannot say enough good things about the clinic - I'm grateful to have found them!

Dr. Hoffman is an incredible surgeon. From attention to even the smallest details regarding pre-surgery questions, to the actual surgery, and then the post-op appointments and post-op care, Dr. Hoffman and his staff are very helpful and attentive to all questions and concerns. Setting up appointments is quick and easy and the care and information Dr. Hoffman and his staff give is second to none.
