5 stars is not enough for Dr. Alexander and his staff! I have trusted Dr. Alexander for a few procedures and have never been disappointed. From the moment you walk into the beautifully appointed office, you feel like a member of the family. The staff is warm and caring and always makes me feel right at home. Dr. Alexander is very honest in his assessments, which I certainly appreciate.

He will stay in the room for as long as I have questions and explain everything thoroughly. I have never felt like I was just a number and have learned a lot from him along the way! Dr. Alexander is truly a joy and honestly one of the very best, if not THE best, that Las Vegas has to offer. Having had 2 separate procedures from him, I have always marveled that a) I was never bruised, and b) pain was always minimal.

He doesn't rush and is extremely careful with his patients. Aftercare is always detailed, and comprehensive and additional questions are always welcomed. I am beyond thrilled with my results and cannot recommend Dr. Alexander & Co. enough!

Dr. Alexander is a one of a kind. I knew as I was looking at photos on his website that he was worth the drive. We made my appointment days into mini-vacations in Vegas (and that was a lovely idea!) Dr. Alexander is very warm and really listens to you. He is also very concerned with your health and safety and I knew I was in good hands. For me my healing has been a long process, but he let me know what to expect (and what the end result would be if I followed his instructions.) His staff is also top-notch!

I had the pleasure of having appointments mostly with Joanne, who made me feel very comfortable and cared-for. I was also impressed with the out-patient hospital team that cared for me before and after surgery. It has been a slow process, but everything has turned out beautifully and I chose my doctor wisely. Dr Alexander and his staff are extremely helpful, thoughtful, and make you feel very welcomed. This was my first surgery ever, and I'm so glad I chose Dr. Alexander. I have healed beautifully and I am SO happy with the results of my augmentation. He was very helpful in making sure the size was exactly what I wanted and was patient with me when I decided to size up from what I had originally asked for in my consult. My scars already look so good, even the nurses after my surgery went on and on about how beautifully the scars would heal with his technique.

I had been thinking about getting breast augmentation for years. Doing research for surgeons here & there. However, I used to have 2 co workers who had both gone to Dr Alexander for their surgery. I was in shock when I found out they both looked so natural & their results spoke for themselves! I kept those results in mind & finally made the decision to booked my surgery with Dr. Alexander as well.

I am so glad I did! He $ his entire staff from the start to post surgery have been so kind & helpful. I was really nervous going from a 32A & hearing all sorts of experiences other people have had with pain or not the desired outcome. That was definitely not the case for me. The surgery went really well & my recover was quick with literally no pain.

I am super happy with my results! My body finally looks proportionate & my confidence is way up. I'm at 6 weeks and amazed at how my body has changed & excited to continue to see my final results. It's been a great experience, I'm really glad I chose Dr. Alexander as my surgeon.

I love Dr Alexander & his staff. From "day 1" consult to "day 365" follow up he has been wonderful. His incredible experience and amazing bedside manners made me feel comfortable and confident with choosing him. I wish I would have gone to him the first time. I highly recommend Dr Alexander. I had my rhinoplasty surgery done a yr ago and it's my last post-op as I write this review. I can truly say Dr. Alexander and his team are above and beyond from being AMAZING! From beginning to end, I have no complaints! Hannah and Madison are always on track with the many questions that I had, the home nurse they provided was more than I expected, they provided financial options, scheduling was always flexible and Dr. Alexander really has genuine bedside manners and very caring towards me as a patient! Dr Alexander and his staff are so wonderful. They are welcoming, happy, and they make you feel like you are at home. Dr. Alexander takes his time with you and makes sure all your questions are answered. I had my implants replaced with new ones. and Dr Alexander gave me exactly what I wanted. before I met Dr Alexander. I had 6 other consultations with other doctors and I wasn't happy until I met Dr Alexander. After speaking with him and his staff I knew right away he was going to be the doctor who does my surgery. Extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I had to write this review and share my story. I was initially satisfied with the care I received and did not for see any problems. While the care I received was great, once I had an issue that was so clearly caused by Dr. Alexander he wanted to tell me how perfect I looked. After my initial breast augmentation with Dr. Alexander my implants bottomed out quickly after I recovered.

I knew something was wrong considering my nipples were facing the ceiling and my implants sat so low on my chest. I paid $7,200 for my initial breast augmentation, just to have issues after. Dr. Alexander wouldn't admit there was something wrong until 9 months after the surgery, even though I kept asking why my implants sat so low (at the time I didn't know what bottoming out was).

When I asked to have a revision performed all the sudden Dr. Alexander wasn't super kind as he normally was. I could tell he didn't want to do the surgery because he was acting like it was going to be extremely difficult and there could be many complications. I originally went to Dr. Alexander because of how knowledge he seemed, and while I do believe he is knowledge, I don't think he felt like dealing with an issue that he caused (over dissecting my pockets and lowering my IMF's).

He set me up for failure with the way he performed the surgery. He finally agreed to do the revision surgery and told me to call the front desk to schedule. To my surprise when I called they wanted to charge me $10,000 for the revision! Many plastic surgeons will stand by their work and if you have an issue within the first year they will only have you pay for the new implants and the anesthesia fees and the surgical center fees.

Not in this case, they even had the nerve to tell me that they were giving me "a deal" and it was supposed to be $14,000. It was disgusting to me. I put my trust in the doctor to perform a surgery that I paid a lot of money for, just to have him mess up and not take responsibility. If you are looking to get breast augmentation in Las Vegas go to Dr.

Brown or Dr. Richards, not only are they less expensive, but their results are amazing. Looking back now at Dr. Alexander's before and after photos you can see many of his breast augmentations are bottomed out. Like I said in the beginning I was satisfied with the overall care I received. But to have them try and charge me for a revision within the first year is awful. Dr. Alexander does not stand by his work.

He clearly was the reason why my implants bottomed out and he was not willing to take responsibility. It's all about making money with Dr. Alexander, very disappointing. Would never recommend.

If I could show you I would! I LOVE the results of my breast reduction/lift. Thank you Dr Alexander and your entire staff. You ALL are so welcoming, kind, attentive and thorough. I could not be more pleased with the service AND my results. Each morning I look in the mirror and smile. I highly recommend this office. Dr Alexander is highly skilled, thoughtful and caring. So incredibly happy I found Dr. Alexander, I felt so reassured at my first consultation. He was always so attentive and I felt really listened to when telling him what my goal was. His previous experience and credentials were impressive and important in my decision but meeting him and how he treats his patients definitely solidified my decision. Getting a nose job was always something I wanted but was so nervous to actually go through with it.

However my fears were settled after discussing surgery with Dr. Alexander and the whole experience from pre and post op care. Now I don't even think about my nose when taking pictures or just in a everyday basis. I'm sooo happy I decided to do it and feel so much more confident. I also felt so welcomed and comfortable every time I visited the office because all the staff is amazing! Nurse Joanne was always so kind and informative during appointments. I really appreciate the level of care I received from everyone!

Dr George Alexander botch my Breast reduction. He never told or advise me that with a Breast reduction you also need a lift. When I came out of surgery, I had a fever and open wound. I could see the fat from my breast because he did not stitch me up. I would assume he had someone else operated on me. While I was in the hospital never came to see me or check on me, he send some strange person who just check my ears then left.

Then a month late I got a bill for $250 from this strange so call doctor. I spent 3 days in the hospital, I when to see Dr Alexander. I ask about the open wound he said "that was normal I am healing find, " then I ask why he did not deduce me to the size we talked about. "He said he did not want to take too much because I may regret it later." I was confuse, he came highly recommended, so to hear him say those thing was very upsetting. Dr Alexander saw me as a young Naive person with a quick way to make money because my insurance paid for the surgery. Dr Alexander is not to be trusted.

Dr Alexander and all of his staff have been absolutely wonderful throughout my experience. They have always shown great care and spend the time to answer all questions and make me comfortable. I would highly recommend them and loved my results.

Been 11 weeks post op for breast augmentation! Just wanted to update my review and let every woman know that my boobies are outstanding and exceed any expectation I thought I had. They already feel natural and look amazing! I'd say it's the best decision I ever made for my physical self in my 53 years of life. When you meet Dr Alexander you will see for yourself. The Doctor sent out Christmas cards with his staff dressed for the holiday, and this was very impressive! If you are on the fence or searching for the Top Doc, this is him.

I've worked with Dr Alexander and his staff for four total procedures, waiting two years to return from overseas to return to him. There's just no one who I would trust more with my care. You won't find a more helpful staff, more friendly service, or a more genuine doctor than you do in Dr Alexander and Co. Forever grateful for my experiences with them!

After researching plastic surgeons for about 12 months. We decided to go with Dr Alexander. I'm so glad we did. From the the first time you walk through the door his staff makes you feel welcomed. Dr Alexander makes you feel comfortable and any fears or concerns you might have are put to rest. Dr Alexander removed by old saline implants and replaced them with to-p quality gummy implants. So natural and they look incredible. I am so happy with my results and I look forward to going to their office. Their staff is amazing and so helpful.

I found Dr. Alexander through a good recommendation from a friend and I had to see for my self I booked the consultation out of 2 others and loved Dr. Alexander the best. He gave me all the information even though I couldn't think of any questions and he is confident in his work, he is super nice and his staff is also super nice. From my first consultation I immediately felt comfortable with the staff and the doctor. They made sure I was physically ok to go into surgery and not just sign a waiver like most other places. After having two different sets of breast implants for over 35 years in my body I was ready to have them removed because of complications. Dr Alexander & staff answered all my questions and concerns leaving me with a decision to move forward with my surgery. 20 % down is required to reserve a date. I am one week post-op & in my case the pain is minimal which came as a pleasant surprise!.

Though still in the healing process I am very pleased with the results thus far! Would definitely recommend Dr Alexander to any family member or friend who is considering surgery.

OKAY! I am 2 months post op today 12/1 and I am beyond elated with my breast aug results! I went from no boobs to 405 CC which sized to a 32 D at VS. Dr. Alexander and his entire staff are so warm, welcoming, considerate and kind. I loved every minute of my experience with him and his team from my first consultation where they were so patient as I tried on sizers for hours. lol!

Then to pre op and surgery day as I was so nervous and Dr. Alexander made me feel at ease as we shared pictures of our dogs. What a sweet guy! I had been contemplating on doing my surgery for many many years and after research and advices from different people and places. I finally found Dr. Alexander. From day one to now that I've finished my surgery Everything went as smooth as it can possibly be, he is an excellent surgeon with vast of experience. I have had the best experience every step of the way with Dr. Alexander and co. Dr. Alexander and his entire staff is amazing! They are all knowledgeable and friendly. I am two days post op and I literally feel like I did one too many sit-ups. I feel great and I was given enough information to be over prepared for what to expect after surgery. I look and feel amazing and I can confidently say that Dr Alexander is an artist!

He sculpted me to perfection! I had liposuction on my upper lower abdomen and flanks. Even though I am swollen I can still see the beautiful results and perfect shape Dr Alexander left me with. I had researched and talked to multiple surgeons in the valley and no one came close to Dr. Alexander and his wonderful team. They made me feel welcome and no question was a stupid one either. I had called his office and Anita was able to answer some basic questions. From my consultation to pre-op and post-op Dr. Alexander and Lindsay are AMAZING!
