Got my first cool sculpting in May with the amazing and talented Robert, the spa director and cool-sculpting expert. Wow! I was impressed from the moment I was welcomed by friendly staff at my first consult, and have not been disappointed since. First, if you are considered CS, go see Robert. He's one of the first professionals to be trained in the technique and has done thousands of treatments with excellent results.
As soon as I met with him, I knew I was in good hands. Few men in the world can grab a woman's belly fat and somehow make her feel beautiful, and Robert is definitely one of them! I just returned to consult about further treatments in different areas, as the CS works extremely well and is well-worth the investment. If you are thin, fit, and just want a little help in the problem areas, go for it.
I can't believe how great the results are! What I love most is that Robert sets the bar very high and gives you a practical, affordable plan to reach the desired goal, so the experience feels exciting, empowering, and confidence-boosting, which is a true gift. Dr David and his staff are phenomenal! My sister and I both had a facelift on the same day by Dr David. We both Are extremely happy with our results. Dr David takes such great care of his patients and makes sure that everything is just right. We both look just like ourselves but refreshed and feel beautiful. I had a rhinoplasty in may 2021 - after explaining what my expectation are - I specifically asked dr. David not to put any implants in my nose; I even repeated it right before surgery. When I saw my nose it looked way bigger; I decided to wait for a few weeks. I then called the office about my concerns and they told me he did put an implant in my nose.
Like what?! I was so devastated, not only that I didn't like the way it looked - I didn't want to have any complications later on, (which are very common with the implants ). He agreed to remove it. We did have a second surgery. I couldn't even explain the amount of mental stress I experienced with all this. It's been months since second surgery and my nose is swollen, way bigger than pre surgery.
I'm not even sure if its ever will be back anywhere close to what it was. On top of that he did put stitches on my nostril that literally looks like my nose came from China. I have scars from stitches all around my right nostril. I didn't need a Halloween costume this year. I just want people to be aware when choosing this doctor. Ever since I got my surgery there was not a day that I wouldn't cry when I look in the mirror.

Katya is hands down the best aesthetician in San Diego- getting hydra facials with her has completely changed my skin for the the better. Not all hydrafacials are created equal, and I have gotten better results here than other places. I have also gotten Botox with one of the nurses and she did an amazing job. Additionally the entire staff is friendly and helpful- always a five star experience!

Recently had the micro-pen (micro needle) done to my face. It was my first time at this office and I was blown away by the professionalism and cleanliness. I am always very nervous/anxious when doing anything to my face but Erica (the RN) made me feel confident and at ease. I numbed first then had the treatment, all done in under an hour. I looked a bit banged up afterwards but that went away within 3 days.
By day 10 my skin was looking AMAZING. I just scheduled my second treatment! Dianne at the front desk was very helpful with working around my schedule. Can't wait to see my results from round 2!

My experience at Dr. David's office was beyond expectations from start to finish. I was greeted at the door by cheerful ladies, given a bottle of water, and offered a comfortable seat. I was impressed with Dr. David immediately. He is very professional, yet maintains a kind demeanor. I wasn't sure what kind of filler or how much Botox I wanted or needed done that day, so I relied on Dr. David to guide my decision.
I'm so glad I trusted him! The results I have as a result of Dr. David's work are amazing. I have had no bruising, and very minimal swelling. Friends have said I look "well-rested, " and "hydrated." I will definitely go back to Dr. David again. Great medical staff as well. Very supportive and great service! Thank you!
