Dr. Rose did a beautiful job on my face-lift! I look years younger! I was worried about hair loss and scarring, but thankfully I have no issues with either! I couldn't be happier with my results!

I have waited several months to leave a review to see if anything got better. It hasn't. I have been to another plastic surgeon recently that examined my work done by Dr rose. I was told it was very old school style and there are much better ways to do brow lifts, tummy tucks, eyelid surgery etc. My hair almost fell completely out after my brow lift.

My head kills me from nerve damage every day. The surgery center he uses and founded is a complete nightmare. Please do research before letting someone alter your body. I am miserable and it barely looks like I had anything done. Dr rose is very kind and polite but I really don't think he listened to what I wanted to look like. I am severely depressed by the damage left and having to wear hair pieces while I wait for my hair to come back in and im just done looking in the mirror at the massive scars left from an old school tummy tuck.

I never even got another follow up call to see if everything is going well. I doubt it would even matter. I still have questions and need some further work done but I wont be back here.

I had a Blepharoplasty and a breast implant replacement. My breast were a complicated situation and Dr. Rose went above and beyond and my results are amazing. I feel beautiful and confident again. Dr Rose and. his staff have been amazing during this whole journey. Dr. Rose is truly an a talented surgeon and I highly recommend him for any cosmetic needs.

I just had surgery 6 weeks ago and I'm so happy that I chose Dr. Rose. I recently had liposuction, breast implants and rhinoplasty and I can't stop looking at myself my waist is smaller, stomach is flat, my nose is so cute and natural. I still look like myself but better then I ever have. Also my implants look so natural I can't believe how good they look! Dr. Rose is an amazing surgeon he is an artist and is truly gifted. I'm just in awe of how much younger I look and all the compliments I have been getting thanks to Dr. Rose. I also decided to get some filler and facial treatments from Brooke and Natalie they were so thorough and really listened to my concerns. My skin is looking clearer after the ipl I had and my lips look so natural but fuller. Great place I highly recommend!

Dr Rose is the kindest man with years of experience and some serious skills. He took years off my face and neck and I was out and about within a week. He also fixed some lipo another surgeon botched. I recommend everyone to him, not because he's my friend but because I truly believe he's Houston's finest.

Shayla provided one of the best facials that included skin exfoliation and re-hydration, plus so much more. She also helped me design a skin regimen that I will actually follow. I am very pleased with the results and will be back for more treatments.

I recently visited Dr. Rose and the staff at Utopia and have been using them for years. They have the same consistent great feeling that they have always presented to their customers.
