My experience with CG cosmetics has been amazing! From my pre-op appointment to my follow ups and massages. They have answered all my questions and put to rest all of my concerns. The staff is very friendly, professional and cordial. The lovely ladies in the follow up department are the sweetest and most amazing people I've come across with. Eileen in the massage department makes the massages super comfortable and makes me laugh to ease the experience. Thank you CG family!

I got 360 lipo bbl fat transfer with Dr. Dillion & let me just say this, I am FLAWLESS now he knew exactly what I wanted and made my dreams come true. I'm 3 days post op, barely any pain & moderate swelling. As long as you are taking your meds & massages(post op lymphatic drainage massages) effectively you will see how beautiful your shape will blossom!

Best post-op team in Miami! Absolutely AMAZING I'm so grateful for their superb service, phenomenal quality of care, professional demeanor, pleasant personalities, and a truly fantastic experience while undergoing surgery recovery; their lymphatic therapists are top-of-the-line and extremely skilled. This place IS first class! Legit real detailed review here. We booked the surgery over a month in advance and worked with a coordinator named Martha on everything since day one! My only regret was not paying in full on the first day as I would have saved myself $500, but at that time I was somewhat or very skeptical as I read all the negative reviews on Yelp and other sites about CG Cosmetics or Gables.

I remembered that rarely does anyone leave a positive review nowadays so here I am to tell everyone about our experience with CG Cosmetics. We did all the blood work about 20 days ahead of time for the surgery as instructed by CG at our local urgent care the cost was about $250 for doing the bloodwork ekg and other required test for them plus urgent care signing off on everything and faxing it to them. Cg cosmetic reviewed everything promptly and let us know everything was A okay to proceed.

Be sure to get the lab work done prior to going and make sure they have everything they need! This will save you a lot of time as we witnessed several while waiting in the lobby that did not have their stuff taken care of. We are day 2 post Op and I must say CG Cosmetics has exceeded my expectations and they were all very professional from the day we arrived for the pre-op appointment besides the security at the door which didn't want me inside as companions were supposedly not allowed inside nor allowed to stand outside either.

Once he realized I was the responsible person for paying the bill I was treated much better by him and allowed to enter the lobby to take care at the accounting side of the surgery. The Building in which CG Cosmetics is nice but is is also kinda confusing bottom floor or the street level is where the pre op is and the 7th floor is for post op and side of building for surgery drop off and pickup.

Just be sure to have your parking ticket validated else you'll pay $30 to park instead of $3. Our doctor was Dr. DeSouza he was very nice and caring also Did an excellent job. Surgery was scheduled for 7am on a Saturday morning in which we had to be there at 630am and there was a tropical storm blowing through while we were there and everything went on as scheduled and surgery was finished by 9:30am and we were back at the hotel to recover by 10am.

Highly recommend staying at the extended stay of America hotel which is affiliated with CG cosmetics saved us some $$ and it was only half a mile down the street off Coral Gables Rd from cg cosmetics and we had a Walgreens across the street to get the pain medication and other prescriptions filled at which only took about 2 hours total to be done.

In addiction, everything is less than 3 miles from the Miami International Airport literally it's only a few blocks away from the airport. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating as they had several other cg cosmetic patients staying at the hotel on side note be sure not to leave your hotel with blood on the sheets as they will charge you a $500 cleaning fee we washed our sheets to avoid having to pay this thankfully they told us this in advance.

I would highly recommend taking a companion with you and renting an SUV from enterprise at the airport that'll save you a lot of $ on transportation and if you don't have transportation then Lyft is the best option vs having to hire a recovery center or a private nurse to do what a companion can do. Also keep in mind healthcare.gov or medicaid isn't accepted across state lines so you'll have to pay full price for your prescriptions which was about $160.00 for everything. Pre-Op you'll be looking at $260 cash possibly more for everything so be sure to take cash with you for the compression suit and other extras!

Also you'll need to take into consideration the post op massages they say 20 are needed and they cost about $55 each. Also when they say you need to stay 7 days or longer then I would recommend it as she had to go back down shortly after returning home. Other than that everyone has been very nice, helpful and door dash is amazing here as well.

I've had surgery here 3 times since 2017. The first time was a decent experience. That was before they were like a factory. That was when the surgeon actually worked on you. Not the "medical team". Nowadays they got greedy. Their prices have gone up and you don't even get the services you paid for. And they are done so fast that many mistakes are made.

My most recent was a tummy tuck, muscle repair and liposuction to my abdomen and flanks, plus liposuction to my neck. My incision is uneven, as if two people performed my surgery, one on each side of me, it won't close completely, I've paid thousands in wound care bills, my neck got uneven lipo, they completely skipped the lipo to my flanks so I have a chunk of fat on each side.

I will need a revision elsewhere if I ever do heal from this one. Their post op department is a joke. You send emails out in to the universe for them to never be addressed, no matter how severe the issue and you cannot get a person on the phone about anything unless you're trying to pay them. This also happened with my breast augmentation revision, which should have been a red flag, but I was naive and let them blame me and pay all over again for the results I should have gotten the first time.

I know now. You're not getting a good price. You're getting a half a$$ surgery with impending bills to fix that surgery somehow some way. Don't go here. Do your research. Look on social media because there are groups of thousand of women like myself who got BOTCHED.

All I have to say is do not ask for any of your money back. they do not refund you your money. I was issued a refund on April 4th, 2022. it is now June and I still haven't received my money. The professionalism gets a 0

If I could give them zero stars I would. Cg has cosmetic should be closed down! My surgeon was dr Desouza and after botching me they ignored me it's been it's been 14 months and nobody ever called me and talk to me about a revision or my money back. They are scammers, the day I had surgery Desouza had like 10-12 surgery that day. I hate him and trust me my prayers for him won't go in vain. I've suffered deep depression and a mental breakdown because of him. I've lost over 50lbs because of what he did to me. Don't trust no process! If u come off the table messed up that how u will look, your body will heal exactly how they shaped you.

Captivating esthetics has done an amazing job with these hybrid lashes I had been attended by Rosario and she was very clean, organized, explained everything in detail and was very kind. I would absolutely go back to captivating esthetics to get my lashes done with Rosario 100% recommended Rosario!

I had a breast reduction surgery scheduled for July 9th. I cancelled in may. I was told in my contract and from the accounting department it would be refunded with 21-30 days. It's been over a month now And first they were saying they are working on it but on the 30th day I emailed again and they said they were having troubles with there system but it has now been fixed. they would not give me a time frame on when to expect refund after they did not meet initial time frame. but after i kept asking through email for a time frame (because if you call the accounting line they just hang up after saying to email all request, which is sketchy!) They finally told me i Can expect my refund by next week, we'll it has been over that week and over the initial 30 days. so I emailed again and now they are saying they're system is down AGAIN after they previously said it was fixed and they are backed up on refund requests. when I respond and ask for A time frame they are no longer responding. reached out to their social media account as well and they are giving me the same story. DO NOT BOOK HERE They are quick to take your money but then any other communication or questions will be long wait times or no response at all!

It's been 2 months since my Breast augmentation implant exchange with Dr. Krau I'm really happy with my results loving my new girl's thank you CG Cosmetic for all your help through this process. Highly recommend this clinic.

Literally none of their staff is accommodating or takes accountability for any faults or malpractice when there is clear evidence of MEDICAL MALPRACTICE! do yourself a favor and consider a different surgeon, you're better off going out of the country than being at risk for tissue hardness and inflamed scar tissue and ruined nipples. THEY R PAYING PEOPLE AND GIVING THEM DISCOUNTS FOR COMMENTING POSITIVE REVIEWS! I'm leaving it 4 stars to get to the top.

This is by far one of the best places I have ever been. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with nothing but respect and honesty. They don't lie to you about the results or how the procedures will go like most places do for the quick cash. They tell you step by step everything until both you and the workers have a clear understanding and agreement.

The nurses bless their hearts are some of the kindest people I have ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable along with helping me when I was feeling a bit nervous about everything. These are some of the most professional people I have ever met. Everything is thought of even the smallest possibilities they have a plan for.

From the doctors to the nurses to the People doing the massages everyone works as one to give you the best outcome. God I will dream of those messages I don't know where they get this ladies, but this place has the best masseuses you ever find. The summer is not ready for me after going to this place I swear.

I'll start by saying, if you like to feel like a cow in a slaughter house then this is your place, otherwise STAY AWAY. I had surgery there in 2009 and everything has changed since then. I contacted them interested in removing my implants and doing a reduction with lift, the coordinator who was taking care of my information was Norgis, I gave her my info and she gave me price, recommending Dr Krau after I ask for the best even if I had to pay more. Incredibly after our first contact, she was never available to speak with me so I had to email her with questions and her assistant Thalia will return my calls(Thalia also recommended Dr Krau.) My surgery was programmed for March 19th, I should have backed up once they told me I was only gonna be able to see the Dr. the day of surgery, that should've been a Red Flag, but Thalia said that if the Dr was available on my PreOp day, I could see him.

I traveled from Tampa on the 18th for my PreOp, the wait time was over 2 hours, I was amazed by the amount of women waiting with appointments. That looked like a factory, the Covid tests are done in the middle of the hallway and they only take cash, which I wasn't aware. Seeing the Dr wasn't an option so I had to leave. Surgery day comes and I got there 20 min prior to my assigned time, 1:00 pm.

They got me ready but the Dr was late for about an hour and to my surprise he was not very helpful when I asked for suggestions on size, he reply back saying that it was my decision to make. Once I started waking up from the anesthesia they put me in a wheelchair and took me out to the street to wait for my family to pick me up. I got home and once I got up to use the bathroom I started pouring blood making a puddle on the floor.

I emailed the address I was given for after surgery and got no no answer(not until next morning) but I called the office and the answering service sent a message to the Dr, who's answer by text was that it was normal. The follow ups are done the next day and a week after by a nurse, 5 minutes and you are out. When I got home after the second checkup I discovered my breasts apparently were done by two different persons, the right is looking pretty good but the left is not.

The areola isn't round, it has a weird shape and the way it was stitched up is also bad, it has wrinkles everywhere. At this point I feel so bad, I haven't even been able to show my husband how they look, my confidence is out the door and just today after 4 days, I was able to come out of the room. I have emailed numerous times and different people with no luck. I would never recommend anyone to have surgery done at CG Cosmetic.

My friend recommended me to come to CG cosmetics for a breast augmentation, I saw all their reviews and most importantly the doctors reviews and their work. I did a breast augmentation with Dr. Freiman amazing doctor, he did an amazing job! Just how I wanted my breast to look more so a natural look : as of today it will be my 3 weeks post op. I'm recovering so fast and quickly and the scars look amazing!

I highly recommend. Also, the nurses and the anesthesiologist there make you feel so comfortable they help with your nerves and anxiety before surgery they are very caring. I felt 100% safe in their hands.

I have a breast augmentation with CG Cosmetic Surgery 3 years ago with Dr. Krau. And my breast still beautiful and everything was perfect. Since the booking, pre-op and post op. CG is the best plastic surgery clinic in USA. Thank You so much. Now I will have my BBL soon and I can't wait for my results.

Its been 4 years since I had my breast augmentation by Dr. Lesson. I am extremely pleased. My breasts look absolutely perfect. The experience was fine for me. It was quick and to the point. If you expect the staff to hold your hand through the process, its not going to happen. What do yo expect for the price. Nevertheless, everything went very smoothly for me. I went back to work the VERY NEXT DAY. I am extraordinarily happy. I would recommend to a close friend.

My experience went so well, first pre-op appointment went smooth from the receptionist, billing representative and the clinical staff all treated me with such respect and urgency. They all made me feel as if o was the only client l, with their patience and accuracy. They made last minute adjustment for my request. The massage was comforting, Mrs. Evelyn has this amazing personality just like mine we talked and laughed through it which took my mind off the massage.

PLEASE READ I'm 7 months post op with a BBL and lipo 360 with Dr. Dillon at CG Cosmetic in Miami, FL and I've been reaching out with my concerns since week 5. My sides were very uneven from the start, one part of my stomach was flatter than the other and I had a bulge over my belly button, my stomach didn't even look like I had lipo at all because it was very flabby and don't get me started on my ass. it literally looks like one of my butt cheeks is FALLING OFF! CG told me I needed to wait 6 months for any post of concerns so I did and for the past 6-7 weeks straight I've been calling every week and every week they give me the run around saying contact this person or that person or someone will contact me and no one ever does! I've been very lenient with everyone at CG but I've had it and threatened to take further action and now no one is replying to my phone calls, messages or emails! I'm a single mother of 5 and worked very hard to put aside this money for my surgery and this is how they did me!

I wore my faja every day, spent hundreds of dollars on lymphatic massages, I'm even going to the gym and dieting and THIS is the bullshit I was left with! How can I ever feel confident with this body?! I'd much rather have my before body because it doesn't even look like I had surgery at this point. CG you should be ashamed of yourselves! Ladies. please please please do your research!

Everyone seems nice and sweet then once you're left botched no one will even take a look your way at CG smh Feel free to share my story to other Surgeey groups even though this is so embarrassing smfh but I will definitely report this to BBB because you cannot get away with doing this to people

I had a great experience here at Cg Cosmetic. Staff is very pleasant. They seem to enjoy their job and all look really great as well. Dr. Carvalho did a great job on me! I had liposuction/j plasma along with hip transfer. I felt completely safe in his hands also very safe with my anesthesiologist. I will 100 % refer friends to come here for any surgery needs. Thanks for taking good care of me.

Ada, the nurse practitioner who has been taking care of me through my surgery process is not only professional but extremely personable and caring too. Ada always takes her time with me and most importantly I know she listens to my concerns. I would also like to point out that all of the girls in the post op department are sweet and attentive. I have been in this clinic several times already, and every time I get the same exceptional treatment.

Did not have the most pleasant welcome when dealing with accounting but once I was taken inside. absolutely humbled and in love with the staff! Vanessa, Marta and Adriana really know how to make you comfortable no matter what. Nothing hurt and nothing made me feel uncomfortable. Their hospitality and kindness hopefully reflects on the remainder of my experience for my bbl!

Wait period was 6 hours of agony. hardly any comfortable seating & ice cold. hidden fees once you get there! they only take cash but couldn't give me change for a $50 They don't give you a lot of information (parking, & garments were a guess) and you're always waiting for a phone call. Dr. Freiman was incredibly sweet and confident! I'm happy with my surgery 1 day post op so far :) Post op was quick though! The easiest period of the whole UNorganized process. Also the manager tried to make me write a 5 star review in front of her and I'm editing it in the car lmao.

My experience on the follow up was great, this time was different from the last time I was here, this time was an amazing experience. Everyone was super nice! Yanet the nurse on the follow up department is excellent very attentive and caring, the reception was phenomenal! The massages are great I had Aylin as my massage therapist & I can't explain how great she is, she very nice, gentle caring and has a lot of patience, I honest have had an amazing experience in this facility.

I want to first thank Catherine Ruiz my coordinator for making this process smooth. She was knowledgeable, kind, an answered any questions I had at anytime. Dr. Frieman listened to my concerns and gave me exactly what I wanted. The anesthesiologist was confident in what his was doing an talked me though the process. These ladies an gentlemen at CG Cosmetic are TOP NOTCH! The faculty is clean and organized. 10/10 I would recommend. Thank you all so much for making my breast an experience amazing!

This facility along with Dr desouza trash! Be aware of these scammers only trying to take your money and ignore you after you had the procedure. Desouza is a trash dr! Not United States board certified. They use their Brazilian license to claim their board certified the website is nothing but false advertising. I have non stop been trying to get a hold of dr desouza only to be ignored. 1 (304) 532-6339 heres desouza # if anyone reaches him before me!

Updating my review now that I've had surgery. 1. The surgery itself- so far my results are nice I'm 1 month post op for a breast lift and implants. It looks really nice! I'm happy with results ALTHOUGH if i had a choice i would have gone with a bigger implant- which leads me to number 2 2. The consultation- Dr. Frieman came in the room and it was quick and dirty.

He stated "the breast lift is a relatively complicated surgery so with that being said this is not the kind of consultation where you show me pictures of what you want- i choose the implant for you during surgery". We didn't discuss silicone vs saline, we didn't discuss size, we didn't discuss anything. I had zero choice of what went inside of MY body. Now, i will say there's probably a lot of truth in him stating it's a complicated surgery HOWEVER I've had a consultation in California for the same procedure where the doctor DID discuss size, type of implant etc. so take that for what it is. 3. Pre-op and experience leading up to surgery.

My experience was HORRENDOUS i won't even go into it but my surgery was rescheduled after booking hotel flight etc. my paper work was wrong (did not mention i was having implants only stated a lift would be done), terrible communication with coordinator, and pre op appointment took over 6 hours and a lengthy and VERY serious document regarding my health and procedure was sent to me and i was asked to sign it BEFORE even reading it "because there are other patients that need to be seen" even though i had legitimately been sitting in the waiting room for 4 hours.

I said absolutely not i will not sign a document prior to reading it. OVERALL- i would give Zero stars for my experience but because my results are great I'm giving 2 stars. But I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CG COSMETICS- save the extra money up- go somewhere else. I promise you'll be disappointed in your experience it's a hot mess
