I went to get moles checked. Dr. Sneed was very kind, explained what they were and made me comfortable.

Aesthetica Med Spa is the only spa I have continued visiting. Leigh is the best injector - she's honest, takes her time, and is extremely precise. You can tell that she has a wealth of experience. The admin staff are very nice and remember me each time I visit. I highly recommend Aesthetica Med Spa for any of your beauty needs. My mom and I are clients for life.

I cannot speak highly enough for how great this place is. Not only are the people who work here wonderfully personable and communicative, but the work speaks for itself. Highly recommend this place for Botox/Dysport and fillers. Their injector, Leigh Ann Olufs, is amazing! She really knows what she is doing and is able to explain things in ways that show she is extremely knowledgeable in the muscles of the face. I've gone to her for both Botox/Dysport in forehead and between my eye brows, as well as Voluma filler for chin and cheeks.

She did great at both. I'm happier with the results I get from Aesthetica MedSpa than when my dermatologist did my injectables. Not only is Aesthetica much less expensive, but this is what they do all day, so they know what they are doing! Aesthetica has monthly specials that are great deals and events where they give away great coupons and raffles.

Incredible service and professionalism. If you are looking for someone to feel comfortable with just sitting down and discussing concerns around your skin or any improvements you wish to make, Jeannie is hands down the best. She provides a very calm and understanding approach and I have had most of her treatments and I would recommend all of them. Go treat yourself to a facial or injection sit back and watch your skin glow.

Do NOT use Christina! The medspa was ok but she was very rude and unprofessional. My first appointment was on a Saturday morning and she showed up about 30 minutes late. I'm pretty sure she arrived 30 minutes late so I was sitting there waiting when she wasn't even in the building. She then started setting up the machine they used for scar camouflage.

She couldn't get it to work so she told me we'd have to reschedule but that she'd give me a free facial or botox. She never said a word about this again so it was not honored. My rescheduled appointment was about 2 weeks later and she used a new machine that had just arrived. She made me bleed and I think it was turned up way too high.

She quoted a price before the procedure and then charged me $200 more than she quoted. I think she pretty much just pulled a number out of the air. At my 2nd appointment I think she recognized me but then had to ask what we had done previously like she had no idea. My entire interaction with her she was cold, unfriendly, & rude. I really don't understand how she has any clients. Also, this is my first review and I'm not someone to complain.

The services I received at this med spa were unacceptably poor. I returned for a follow-up visit to express my concerns and give Aesthetica MedSpa the opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The aesthetician was defensive, argumentative, and insistent that the poor results were no fault of her own. Dr. Sneed was condescending and arrogant and the only resolution he offered was for me to purchase additional products/services. They failed to extend any common courtesy or respect and clearly had no desire to rectify the situation. I strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere.

I have been coming to Aesthetica Med Spa for all of my skin care needs for well over a decade. I am so grateful that I got into top quality skin care at such a young age, I really feel like it has stopped the hands of time! Or slowed them down at least. They have the best selection of skin care products hands down. Dr Sneed, the Medical Director, has also been my primary doctor for a really long time.

He's really great at listening to his patients and delivering what they want. He's never in a rush and does an excellent job at training his entire staff. I believe this was the first Med Spa in Austin. All the ladies at Aesthetica are really helpful and down to earth. I recently had an X-rated facial with Emily and it was incredible! I highly recommend it. She has an awesome touch and my skin has been glowing ever since. I get a lot of compliments, even behind my mask!

Dr. Sneed promised my migraine injections would not be late again. They didn't order it for 2 months. Then they scheduled an appointment and the doctor didn't show up while I sat in the appointment room waiting and waiting. Now they won't call me back. They are literally holding my prescription medicine hostage. I can't say enough about the heartlessness of the people that work here.

Long overdo. but to keep it short and sweet. The ladies here are all amazing and kind. If you want your lips done right, go see EMILY! She is fantastic at what she does. I get lots of compliments on my "natural" lips.

Went during Covid for a threadlift procedure. I felt extremely comfortable, safe, and informed Dr Sneed was extremely professional and told me everything that was going to happen. I don't if it put me at ease, but I'm glad he did. I was extremely numb when he did the procedure I didn't feel a thing. I was asked repeatedly if I was ok and if I needed anything. The whole process was very comfortable and professional. I would absolutely go back

You need to know: this spa is also a actual clinic that takes patients who might be sick.

I had an appointment yesterday for fillers and botox. Let me start by saying that I'm 44, and have had both before.some good experiences, some bad. So needless to say, I was a little anxious trying someone new. Emily was absolutely amazing! She's a perfectionist when it comes to making your face look the best it can. GREAT experience!

Great experience as usual! I really love the staff here. Everyone I've encountered is very friendly and helpful! I recently brought one of my family members who has never been to a med spa. She was very nervous going in but had an AMAZING experience with Emily and left feeling great! She can't wait to go back again and we already booked her next appointment.

Very pleased with my first juvederm lip filler procedure! Will definitely do it again in the future! I've attached before and after pictures that show satisfactory results. The doctor is friendly and knows exactly what he's doing.

NOT GOOD. The work I received, 900 dollars worth, was not satisfactory, in fact it stunk. Called they said come on in we'll get it fixed but that was a lie. They do not stand behind their work folks. BAD NEWS.

I've been using this medspa over the years and I've never had an issue! They're always very accommodating and friendly. The techs are skilled and patient. I will continue to use their services as needed and highly recommend this medspa.

My mom is visiting from Africa and was really looking forward to her appointment. I had called a month ago to make an appointment for her and spoke to someone who took all my information, even confirmed they were able to do prp facial and hair restoration on the same day, and even explained how to find the office. Low and behold, my mom shows up to her scheduled appointment only to be told they are having a meeting! I've been trying to call since then and just keep being placed on hold. No effort from the practice to even reach out and rectify this!

DO NOT go to CHRISTINA.I did fillers with Dr. Sneed before back in 2014 and had wonderful results. However my latest experience is nothing short of a nightmare. Christina did a great job on my Botox, however she did something weird with my filler for my cheeks. She placed a heavy filler designed for cheeks under my eye on one side of my face. The cheek filler under my eye left a bump.

I went back a week later she tried to move the filler by pushing the filler from underneath my eye to my cheeks. It was very painful and the next day my face started to swell. Christina ruin my face forever. She put heavy filler under my eye and I have a lump. I had fillers in the past other side of my face, therefore I'm not allergic to fillers.

They put me on antibiotics, however no offer for any compensation for the major mistake Christina made placing the cheek fillers under my ey Since then it gotten worse and infected. Prayers this experience doesn't leave me blind or deformed. After a year I still have a lump under my eye. I was told the filler would go away after a year. However I'm still dealing with the lump.

I called to book an appointment to remove it and use my credit they promised. They refused to give my credit as promised unless I removed the yelp review. It's the truth and they are not keeping their word.

Went in to address some problem areas on my face.big dips n wrinkles over my top lip and deep nasolabial folds Nice facility and lovely ladies at the front desk. Christina addressed these issues and after the swelling went down, I was amazed at the results. I no longer have the over the lip issue and my folds are filled! I'm SO HAPPY at this result as it has been a confidence problem for quite some time.

I was never a smoker but these "smokers lines " can get pretty awful as we get older. Thanks for the great new client special and thx for picking up the pieces that life throws at us!

I visited this spa earlier today off a Groupon. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and their office is cute and clean. Christina did my procedure (peel with dysport) and was easy to talk to and made a few recommendations as well! I'll def be back to see her. The office is conveniently located off 360 with plenty of parking. I was able to do some of the consents online before the appointment which made things super easy!

It was my first visit today to Aesthetica MedSpa and Im glad I decided to make an appointment. Christina was easy to talk to and listened to all of my skin concerns. A close friend spoke highly of her so I thought I'd give her a shot. I'm happy so far and will keep this review updated if anything changes. Another positive is that they run promotions that change monthly and on Yelp you can check in and receive a free chemical peel with any other purchase.

This is a great way for clients to test our services which should result in repeat business. The only small thing I have a pet peeve about that occurred is that I wasn't seen at my appointment time. I had to wait an extra fifteen minutes before being put in a room. I understand sometimes people run late but as a first time customer I would have liked to be treated more promptly instead of waiting on my appointment because of other clients running late and being seen first. The bright side from this is that it seemed like all of the customers leaving sounded happy with their treatments. I look forward to seeing Christina and the staff again.

Christina did an amazing job! This was my first time getting injections and she was very thorough when going over the process and prices with me and made me feel totally at ease. The results were so natural looking! Christina knows exactly what she's doing and I highly recommend her! I have never felt more beautiful and happy with my appearance. I can't wait to go back for more!

I went in for lip fillers today with Christina. It was my first time doing anything like this & I didn't know what to expect. Everyone was super friendly, professional, and made it a comfortable experience. Christina was super sweet & did a great job, my lips look amazing! It was quick, easy, and I appreciated that she told me what she was going to do before she did it so I wasn't caught off guard. I'd highly recommend going here!

Christina Damato is so wonderful, she made me feel safe and comfortable right away. I got Botox for hyperhidrosis (which if anyone suffers from this knows my pain); it's not covered by insurance, it's very costly but has proven to be affective treating overactive sweat glands. I've battled this almost 20 years. Finally, I had the opportunity to go through with the process which is costly and scary. Christina is one of the most comforting, listening, caring, knowledgeable and just down right friendly people I've ever met.

I don't take well to numbing and was very scared but she took into her own hands her commitment to helping me and I'll be forever grateful. She's the kind of profesional you can trust, she truly cares about her patients and her work. Hands down I trust her and have nothing but love to this group of women!

Great front desk and doctors, very friendly and easy to work with. Lots of specials each month, perhaps something will entice you to come as well. We will be coming for more than initial issues, and we are excited to continue to see good results!

Let me take a second to tell you from how when I first called all my questions were answered by Georgianna. It's rare somebody picks up the phone at any business and can answer all of your questions. Christina was gentle and kind and Addressed all of my concerns. This place has awesome! I really appreciate them getting me in so quickly and calming my nerves as a first time patient.
