I have never been so displeased at a doctors' office ever in my life. It started with the check-in fiasco. The receptionist handed me an iPad for my check-in paperwork that was linked to someone else's account. I could see all of their information. Once we were finally inside an examination room, the bed was dirty with someone else's hair on it. Once the doctor came in, he sat 4 feet across from me, spoke for 2 minutes, then left the room. Didn't so much as listen with a stethoscope or even feel my pulse. Never coming back here

This was the worst experience office manager cannot even speak clear English. Would not call to verify insurance update. VERY inconsiderate with these times. I explained to them my insurance was up-to-date all they had to do is call! They never followed up on a call to me to let me know that I had to pay full price because the system had not updated the co-pay. Inconsiderate, rude, selfish people knowing how expensive gas is nowadays this would've been a six hour round-trip for us to see them.
I don't know what the rave is on their five star review. If their office manager is like this I hope it doesn't speak for the doctor unfortunately I couldn't get through the door to see them. I don't know what happened to courtesy nowadays, I guess because her English was not so clear she could not call and confirm. I called the insurance in their office, they said they could speak to them and benefits could fax them information on confirmation of my insurance being active and paid in full but they refused.

Hello this place receives zero stars. The front desk office staff is horrible more specifically the lady who treated my father extremely rudely. All I know is her name starts with a V. My father had a stroke in his neck artery in April, it is 100% closed and not repairable, every 6 months he needs a ultrasound of both artery on both sides of his neck, because the other side is also closing, and he has gene called factor 5 Leiden that increases his risk of blood clotting substantially.
He came him ON TIME for his appointment, and as soon as he checked in the lady with a V handed him a self-payment bill of 412$, and telling him it needs to be paid before seeing Dr. Wright - she had not put it billed through insurance - and it was a bill from April when Dr. Wright stopped in the hospital to check on my father for a total of two minutes, saying since his artery is closed there is nothing he can do and then left - I guess that is 412$. Obviously, we were not going to pay that at that time, we don't have that kind of money on hand, nor is it the lady's business if we can pay it or not.
My father called my mom about the situation, obviously she agreed we can't pay the 412$ right now, and afterwards my dad asked to just pay the $75 co payment so he can have his ultrasound - in response the lady said it had been 18 minutes and that his appointment time was up - my father also asked to speak to a manager and they refused to comply. Now my dad has left without an ultrasound and upon this incident, my mom and sister who are also patients there will be retracting from the office as patients. Worst experience ever.
I have been to doctor's appointments before, I usually get what needs to be done first then I pay my co pay or other way around, if their is a bill that needs to be paid, and I can not pay it the staff always refers me to their financial aid help for a payment plan, instead this lady denied my father's right to a critical ultrasound - which he would have paid the 75$ co payment for.

I have been through 3 procedures at the Vein and Vascular Institute. Dr. Kerr is amazing- excellent at what he does, thorough, detailed and great sense of humor. His staff are all great and I want to give a shout out and thank you for the great care I received from Lexi, Manny, Chris and Kayla. I have one more procedure and these guys almost make it fun. Dr. Kerr is great! He is ALWAYS on time and if he happens to run a few minutes behind he will apologize for running behind. He values your time which most doctors do not anymore. He takes time to listen to my concerns and has a great bedside manner. Dr. Kerr assistant, Frankie is awesome. He always has a smile on his face and you can tell he loves his job. Overall the entire staff from the front desk to the ultrasound tech is great! I highly recommend Dr. Kerr!
