Dr. Vitenas is the very best! I know 3 friends that got their breast augmentation done with him and they all look great with natural results. I'm a very small girl, (411) and Dr. Vitenas helped me choose the right size according to my breast pocket proportions. I'm 6 weeks post op and get compliments all the time. I'm so grateful for choosing the right surgeon and overall so happy with my results!

I absolutely LOVED the service that I was provided from the start and even after my post op appointments. Dr. Vitenas has been so wonderful and I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. I had a consultation and scheduled my procedure the same day! I'm 6 weeks post op now and I'm in love with my breast augmentation. They look so natural and the scaring is not noticeable! My experience with Dr. Vitenas was amazing! The staff is very friendly and was well prepared for my arrival for every appointment. Each was easygoing and quick. Dr. Vitenas and my coordinator Sam did amazing with helping me set realistic goals and find the perfect size for my augmentation. I did my two week follow up and everything was perfect! My experience at Vitenas Cosmetic Surgery for breast augmentation was beyond exceptional. Every step of the process was well choreographed and provided a relaxed and stress-free experience. I am 7 weeks post-op and I can finally say I am in love with my new breast. I am 28 and have breast fed. I have wanted them done for almost 10 years. Dr. Vitenas did an amazing job at making my breast look natural and right for my body. He is busy but still takes the time to answer your questions or concerns. I feel like when you choose somewhere that is highly looked after that time is of the essence so I understand keeping appointments on track.

Staff was also amazing especially Javier who went above and beyond to help me with extra papers I need to fill my prescriptions. I was very nervous about the anesthesia the day of and the nurses were very sweet about it.

My breast reduction with Dr. Vitenas could not have gone any better. He was able to get me on the schedule for my consultation extremely quickly and work with me on days that worked best as I was traveling in from out of town. He was then also able to get me into my surgery very quickly. He is very confident in his work and had a ton of experience which put me completely at ease.

He never wastes time at your visit and you are in an out pretty quickly, but he explains everything and answers every single question you could have. All of the staff at his office are kind and helpful and I never had any issues getting ahold of someone if I had questions. The actual office is beautiful and the surgery center being inside the office made the pick up/drop off/whole day of surgery so easy. I am THRILLED with my results and will never trust anyone else with cosmetic surgery. He is by far the best doctor I found and I am so thankful for him and his team.

My wife had breast augmentation done at Vitenas Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Vitenas was a true professional along with the rest of his staff. Vivian made my wife feel at ease during her consultation. She pretty much helped her with all her questions and she never felt rushed. Explaining to her the procedure she would receive along with various options available.

I also have to mention that the facility had state of the art equipment and was well maintained. We're both satisfied with the end results and would recommend Dr. Vitenas to anyone seeking a top tier cosmetic surgeon.

Overall, my experience was great. Dr. Vitenas is busy but always spends as much time with me as I need him to. His staff has always been friendly and accommodating and they respond to emails promptly. They provide a lot of information before procedures and surgery but don't be afraid to do some research so you know what questions to ask. I did have a few surprises that I wasn't expecting but all of my concerns and questions were always addressed.

Every patient is unique so it may be hard to predict "exactly" what you will encounter post-procedure/surgery. The important thing is that all of my concerns were taken seriously and explained and nothing was dismissed. I highly recommend Dr. Vitenas and his staff.

Dr. Vitenas is AMAZING! I got a breast augmentation a little over a year and a half ago, and I'm still so happy with my results. Everything was smooth and seamless throughout the entire process. The staff thoroughly explained what to expect afterwards and made sure I understood how to take care of my new assets after the surgery. I was surprised how quickly I was up and moving after the procedure, especially since I started out with a flat chest (34A to 34D).

My results look natural and symmetrical which was very important to me, and Dr. Vitenas helped me pick the perfect size for my body type. I always make the joke to people who know about my procedure that my breasts are "designer" because, not to brag, but they look perfect. When I finally decided to get my work done I met with another doctor and then Dr. Vitenas and the experience with Dr. Vitenas and his team was so comforting. It's now been a month since my breast augmentation and I'm so happy with the results. I went through a list of physicians, most of whom were referrals from other physicians, and I decided on Dr. Vitenas. From the time of my first breast augmentation consultation call through my post-op week 6, I have received the best in class service and top notch treatment. The surgical day itself was not at all daunting, but rather as easy as going in for a check-up-my pre-op was fast, I was comfortable, and staff were all very attentive and knowledgeable.

All of which only further confirmed my decision to go with Dr. Vitenas was the right choice. My procedure was done in less than an hour. Subsequent follow-ups were efficient (not the longer wait time typically experienced in most medical offices) which is an aspect I really appreciated as a time-sensitive person. Dr. Vitenas has a very gentle, calm demeanor which helped make the entire first time surgical experience a relaxing one. In the end, based on his suggestions and surgical expertise, I achieved my goal of beautiful, natural results.

Dr. Vitenas and his team were amazing. I went in for breast augmentation, I was very determined that I wanted it done and soon as possible. Everything was done within a week. I am very pleased with everything, they look and feel natural. If I ever need anything else done I will most definitely go back to him. The bedside manners were EVERYTHING, I was very nervous going in but they made me feel so comfortable. The surgery was done and I was able to go home the same day. One of my biggest regrets in life was trusting this man with my cosmetic procedure. I was left horribly scarred (all the way from my breasts to my back) and disfigured when all was said and done. Additionally, the surgery was done so poorly it had to be redone less than a year later. Thankfully, I chose a much better Dr the second time around. I went to Vitenas to express my displeasure with his work.

He admitted that the surgery wasn't successful, but he wouldn't discuss refunding any of my money. He instead wanted nearly $5000 to fix his mistake. I look worse than I did before my procedure, so the last thing I wanted was for him to touch me again. Ladies, stay away from this man. He isn't worth the risk.

As a frequent and happy client of Mirror, Mirror Beauty Boutique, when it came time for me to get a cosmetic procedure, I opted to have a consult with Dr. Vitenas. After reading many great reviews and only ever having good experiences at Mirror, Mirror, I was fairly certain he would be the surgeon for me. I am glad I went to the consult appointment before scheduling.

I called to get an urgent consult as I felt like I had pulled a chest muscle causing my implant to be displaced or potentially had capsular contracture. The consultant worked me in fairly quickly, which I did appreciate. The kindness of the consultant could not make up for the abysmal bedside manner of Dr. Vitenas. My breast were in so much pain that I had been alternating ice/heat/Tylenol/Advil for several days. Knowing full well that I was in pain, he learned me back on the exam table and proceeded to fully grab, not gently examine, my breasts.

This was my fourth consult with a plastic surgeon for the same issue and never has a surgeon touched me so insensitively before. I started to cry and my breast spasmed for a full three days after my consult due to how hard he grabbed my implants. Dr. Vitenas then proceeds to tell me to get dressed and to get photos taken in the next room. I should have gotten up and left but hoping he would give me sound medical advice, I proceeded to have him take photos so I could finally ask some questions about my concerns regarding capsular contracture.

He examines his patients first, takes photos, and then answers questions which is very odd as no other surgeons do this. He then proceeded to tell me that nothing is wrong with implants and that I am hormonal. I could not even believe this: he told me to go to my OBGYN so they could assess me for hormonal issues, medication issues, or dietary advice.

The whole awful experience ended with me being led to the consultants office to sign off on a quote. Once again, this is not standard practice during a surgical consult. I was in full tears while this poor consultant tried to get me to sign paperwork about their financial terms and cancellation policy. She even looked embarrassed about the whole experience for me.

I only had good experiences before at Mirror, Mirror Beauty Boutique but since this surgeon owns the beauty boutique as well, they have lost a customer permanently. I ended up going to another surgeon. I did have issues with my implants capsule that caused terrible pain and which was properly dealt with.

I went there for a consultation on my face. I wanted to see options for lifting my sagging skin on the cheeks. I went opened minded, but I never thought I was going to feel humiliated by this doctor, who doesn't have a hint of empathy. He thought it was funny to compare me ( middle age woman in her late forties) with his assistant a young girl who must be in her early twenties, by saying: "Look at her face, and look at you, you don't need any surgery my darling, you are young and beautiful.".

Never again. look for somebody else who will understand the vulnerable position we are. Yes at some level there is a bit of vanity wanting to go there and expose you, but there is no need to talk to us, clients like that. Now, I am ok with my sagging skin.

So I had a strange experience here. I got nonsurgical rhinoplasty a couple months ago. First off, I made it clear in the consultation that all I was concerned about fixing was this small bump at the top of the bridge of my nose. However, when it came time to do the procedure, without asking me to make sure beforehand, he injected filler into numerous spots in my nose that I didn't find necessary.

Yes it swelled up for about a week and a half, but even once it went down there was this noticeable weird line on my nose near the tip that looked like a strange indention, especially under harsh lighting or pictures using a front camera. I went back for my check up two weeks later and expressed my concern and I made it clear I didn't think the job wasn't necessarily ugly, it just did not feel like "me" at all and all I really wanted fixed in the first place was the one bump.

This is where I became horrified. He immediately tried to guilt me in saying that the places I wanted to dissolve in my nose looked the same as before. When I assured him nicely that I still wanted to dissolve a couple areas, he immediately started to slam some stuff down and had the nurses take me back to the room and put the numbing solution on my nose.

He didn't let the numbing solution settle for as long as it needed to AT ALL and he grabbed the needle and commanded me to sit back and he injected the dissolving solution into the tip of my nose and it HURT. Then quickly had me leave and I was confused because he didn't inject both places I wanted dissolved. Being the soft-spoken person I am, I called the office from the parking garage and told the nurse that I didn't think he dissolved both places because he was proud of his work and I felt uncomfortable bringing it up to him personally because he seemed upset with me.

They let me come back upstairs and when he came in the room and I explained to him my concern once again, let me tell you this man started RAISING HIS VOICE at me and slammed stuff around and this time injected the dissolving agent without numbing at all. The experience was horrifying. I'm only 21 years old and attend Texas A&M and this was my first time doing any sort of cosmetic procedure and I'm a little scarred. Never going back here again because Dr. Vitenas scared me that day and even the nurses looked uncomfortable.

I can't speak on the behalf of the doctor himself, but I can speak on the experience I had with his staff I had called this doctor because my cousin had a rhinoplasty done and it looked fantastic, natural. I broke my nose about 2-3 months ago, asked for information and gave them a call when answered they told me I had to wait until my nose was completely healed before I could go in for the consultation.

When my nose healed I called back was told I was receive new patient paperwork through email, about a week passed no email. Again I called x3 times finally spoke to Adrien and after three maybe four attempts took pictures, sent my information the moment I received it being I wanted to get this taken care of as soon as possible. It took me a while maybe another two weeks to finally hear anything back from this place on my end I was the one reaching out and making calls to even get the process going. I'm not sure if this is normal I've never had any work done before when I did I spoke to Adrien and scheduled a consultation finally after this long process of what felt like me doing most of the work and keeping things going, I asked Adrian to email me the financial paperwork so I could get that started as well and never received those, a day before I sent her a text asking for them. no response.

I asked her if my mom could be in the room with us when we had spoke on the phone to schedule the consultation and she was fine with it. Not once was I ever told the rules and guidelines for Covid for every facility is different. I made the appointment, had my mom leave her job early to be there and I was coming from Rosenberg which is about a 45 min drive.

I also had my one year old daughter with me. When I arrived there was no warm greeting a girl who obviously has no children because she seemed completely oblivious came up to the door after I stood there looking stupid till someone decided maybe they should open it, saying I could not bring my daughter into the meeting with my mom and I. I was like ok?

So I just leave her in the car? I would not have been so disappointed if someone would of made me aware of this so I could of made the proper accommodation for my daughter. I told her then I'd have to reschedule. She went to get or speak to Adrien then came back out saying she would give me a call to reschedule our appointment. She couldn't even give me the respect of apologizing on her behalf and or even the time to schedule me while I was at the building.

I won't be answering IF that's a big IF she decides to give me the time of day. Taking my services and money elsewhere. This was such a big waste of time, I feel like if I went somewhere else I would have already had a rhinoplasty. You'd think that when you're spending that type of money 15,000 to be exact that you'd be taken more seriously and or treated better. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone just based off their poor customer service skills

I had a mommy makeover several years ago. I had read all the positive reviews for Dr. Vitenas so decided to go with him. I have regretted it ever since though. He is a very cold person to talk to so nothing personable about him, but that's something I've always been able to overlook if someone has the expertise. The breast augmentation was great.

I had no issues there. However, the tummy tuck sucked. He can stitch you back up just fine. The issue though was the BELLY BUTTON. Absolutely no aesthetic touch to it whatsoever. I have always been thin, but with an innie. I've been stuck with an outie ever since and one that is located about 1-2 inches above where it normally was located. You wouldn't think 1-2 inches is a lot until you see it on you. It's closer to my breasts than to my vagina and is a perfect circle that sticks out.

I HATE it. He told me that if I wanted an innie I'd need to gain weight. A lot of weight. Never underestimate the belly button. It can make or break your tummy tuck and now I'm stuck with mine. It's Horrible.

I wrote this review a few years ago but for some reason it was removed. I am posting it again because I want to warn others about coming here. When I came in for my consultation, Dr. Vitenas told me he'd do moderate profile with 304cc silicone implants. I asked him about going bigger and he said anything bigger would be too big. He wasn't very informative and wasn't very personable, but I still decided to go with him because of the great reviews, 25+ years of experience, and the beautiful photos of previous breast augmentations on his website. He's very good at marketing himself.

It didn't bother me much because I'm a nurse and I understand that there are doctors out there that suck at beside manners, but are phenomenal at what they do. Unfortunately for me, this wasn't the case. Immediately after my surgery, I felt that my breasts were a little too small. When I told him how I felt at my follow up appointment, he quickly disregarded my concerns, told me my breasts looked great, and sent me on my way. 6 months later, after all the swelling went down, my breasts were even smaller.

I was very unhappy. I hated that I still had to wear super push-up bras to achieve the look that I wanted. I went back to see Dr. Vitenas about it and he told me I just felt that way because I got used to them. After that, I decided to go elsewhere for a revision. I went back for consultations with 2 surgeons whom I consulted with before choosing Dr. Vitenas.

Both surgeons told me that my right breast had dropped. I went back to see Dr. Vitenas who just looked at me like I was stupid, and condescendingly told me it was just my anatomy. Flash forward: 2 years later, I went back to Dr. Vitenas just to see what he'd say. By now you can probably guess how that went. He told me, "I did the surgery the same way on both sides, it just happened that your body dropped on that side." We talked about a revision.

When I asked questions he was rude and had his nose stuck in his ipad. My boyfriend even commented on the way he was speaking to me. Since then, I went for another breast revision consultation with one of the doctors I consulted with before my surgery with Vitenas and 6 months later. The doctor told me that my right breast was 1-1.5 inches lower than my left breast.

He said there could be many reasons for it dropping, but that it was most likely due to surgery. He said that my pockets were cut too big on the sides causing both of my breasts to be saggy. He is charging me a little more than what Vitenas quoted, but I would rather pay more than go back and have my breasts botched by Dr. Vitenas again. I have met 4 other people who have had breast surgery with Dr. Vitenas.

All are unhappy with their breasts and their experience with Dr. Vitenas. One of them is my co-worker. She went to him while his office was still in southeast. She told me that one of her breasts had dropped too. Another girl told me she felt her breasts were too small. Guess what size and profile she got? 304cc, moderate profile. EXACTLY LIKE ME!

Another girl whom is a friend of a friend also got 304cc, moderate profile. I'm thinking either he has some kind of contract where he gets moderate profile implants for very cheap or it's just easier for him to use them. Whatever the reason, there is no art to what he does. You should save your money and body and go elsewhere.

Pretty upset with how things turned out here. Originally got a breast augmentation and ended up getting a capsular contracture. Dr vitenas did not take the time to explain to me that there is a 90% chance of getting it a second time. I did a second surgery due to being in pain and wanting to move forward and being told last minute about the strattice option.

After my second surgery I got a capsular contracture again just weeks later. After this I decided I wanted my implants removed and they told me it was going to cost just as much as my initial surgery getting both implants done. They Have not offered anything to make my time there less miserable after everything I've been through. Very disappointed. Does not seem like they care at all about what I've been through.

Part 1: As a woman, I feel compelled to write this review. Let me start out by saying I was beyond excited for my appointment. I have had a few insecurities that have been with me a solid 2 decades and figured I'd finally make time to see someone about it! After careful consideration since my time is limited as a new mom working from home WAY out in the Woodlands, I decided Dr. Vitenas was my guy!

My appt was at 12:30, so I got there about 15 min early. After about 35 min, I was called back. From there I talked to my consultant, Erica, in the next room. Let me say, the best thing that place has going for it is Erica. She was personable, nice, and detail oriented, so this review by no means reflects the interaction she and I had. Now I am totally fine with waiting for a doctor, but I was in there a VERY long time, all the while freezing because it's about 60 degrees in that office.

Finally Dr. Vitenas comes in and immediately I feel as though he is rushing me. I did appreciate talking to the guy before he saw me naked though, so that's the only kudos I will give him. After the initial hello, I was told to change into the paper garments. REVIEW CONT'D IN PHOTOS BELOW!

I would first start by saying Dr. Vitenas' work is AMAZING but the entire process is what's disappointing. In April 2019,I got a breast augmentation and I love my actual results but had I known more, I would have made a different decision. In June of 2018, I went to Dr. Vitenas' office for a breast augmentation in which I was referred to by a few girls who have also been to Dr. Vitenas office for a breast augmentation.

Upon my arrival I was set up with a consultant by the name of Cheryl, who was terrible. She was all about the money and did not explain much at all to me. I went in with Dr. Vitenas but I wasn't shown different sizes, before and after pictures of others looks, educated on the different sizes/brands, styles, or looks that a breast augmentation can provide for you.

I wasn't even asked, What look do you want to achieve? He gave me what he saw fit, I guess based of my measurements but that was it. I didn't go back for a year to follow because I didn't feel comfortable. After deciding this is something I really wanted I decided to go back and again, I dealt with Cheryl by default. We went back in the room to try on sizes based off the previous year but I was not educated on anything.

I wasn't made aware of the moderate-profile vs. high profile or any of the sort but I thought it was come later. Once I paid it off and pushed my date up I still had no clue what profile or anything I was being giving. I had to go to another Plastic Surgeons Instagram page to ask question that Dr. Vitenas office did not provide me with. A week prior to my surgery I was asking Cheryl a million questions that I know I should have known by this point and she was RUDE.

The day before my surgery, I called her to get more information and we basically argued on the phone. I should have pulled the plug but I did not because he was so highly recommended by friends. Now 3 months later, I like his work but the LOOK isn't what I was going for but had I been properly educated I would have know what to actually choose instead of taking what they gave me. His work is great but the process is horrible. I have a size and a look that I'm not happy with and now I have to spend more money to achieve the look I actually want.

Their laser hair removal procedure was a scam. Laser : I spent 10k and didn't get much hair removed. I was told it would take an unknown number of treatments. That number began to be 8,9,10. It made no sense as I had medium level 3 skin and black hair, and no one else I had ever spoken about treatment/pricing had paid the amounts I was paying for hair removal.

After 2 years of mild results and tons of pain, i went elsewhere and achived 95% hair removed with a different (cheaper less painful) laser at a local well-known dermatologist. To ensure I could give an accurate review i waited 2 years to write this. Vitenas office had been using the wrong laser, charging more than double the amount, and kept telling me my genetics could be a limiting factor.

What BS. Genetics doesn't play much role in forearm or lower leg hair, just 2 of the parts i was doing, which is stable throughout adult life and not a hormonal hair type. Other areas treated including underarms, didn't work well. Chin and face had zero response. One area treated worked very well. I wrote them after the 3rd, 5th, and 7th treatments to legs, underarms, etc, i increasingly concerned I wasn't seeing results shyer spending 5 then 7 then $8500+.

I even sent photos of hair regrowth. The tech was unconcerned and just said "more treatments needed." I couldn't spend this money anymore (or stand looking at the over-plumped expressionless sorority kids running around the office). I had zero expectations at the second place assuming I was just a poor candidate for success- but shockingly i got 95% hair removal results after 2-3 sessions vs 40% ish results after 7-9 sessions with Vitenas (depending on body part).

I was shocked that my treatments worked immediately at the dermatologist, as I'd been told the lie that I'm just someone who doesn't respond well, and assumed I'd be in for a lifetime of pain. All just a scam to get me to pay more. A doctor was never consulted about the problem despite my emails concerning how much I'd been paying.

The dermatologist's office told me they'd been using a laser more commonly used for African skin types. I spent 10k and had tons of pain for no reward. The girl kept saying "at least you had some results!" I spent maybe $1500 at the derm for 95% hair removal. You do the math on that. I'd like to sue this jerk but I'm sure I signed 40 pages of legalise stating they promise what they deliver - nothing.

Also they accept and even expect tips, which is bizarre. The derm office wouldn't even accept tips when i tried to tip! Filler: Also during this time I had asked for a simple in office filler procedure. I wanted very minor results. The doctor said "I won't even bother doing it if you only want one vial. It's not worth it for me. Two minimum." Then left the room so I could think about it.

My derm had always given me one single vial and I was always very happy w the look. Vitenas was an Absolute total class A jerk. All about $$$. And note that his face is stiff as a board. The office personnel must be so accustomed to seeing one another they simply don't realize how plastic they look. they're trying to one up each other in cryogenics.

So in sum - I never ever would recommend this horrible person. His beside manner is terrible and inappropriate, he and his workers will give you incorrect unnecessary $$$ procedures that you can get for 1/3 the price elsewhere, and the 150 frozen nymphs working there are just fab annoying. My concern was to not look like any of them, so I ran out the door when he tried to push his vials. Vile. Wish I'd ended the laser sooner but unfortunately, I believed these scam artists since that was my first time at laser.

I looked into different offices and doctors and the reviews I read for Dr. Vitenas convinced me he was the person to go to. I’m very happy I did! He’s a great doctor, very friendly and passionate about his work. His staff are all very welcoming and professional and are always ready to help with any questions. I love the results and will surely go back in the future.

I would like to start with before getting my surgery I saw two other doctors neither which could compare to Dr. Vitenas. I am two weeks postop and I couldn't be happier with my results. I went in for a consult and was confronted with a huge red flag right off the bat: the paperwork they asked me to sign concerned itself far more with all the ways they would be allowed to use any pictures taken of me than with a comprehensive survey of my medical history. The assistant then confirmed my suspicions by telling me the doctor HAD to take pictures of me DURING the consult in order to give me a quote, which is laughable.

For those inquiring about cosmetic procedures for the first time, it is customary for the doctor to take before-and-after pictures of a procedure, but only after you have agreed to the procedure and have officially become a patient. I have had nearly a dozen such consults and have never had a doctor request to take photos for an initial consultation.

Under no circumstances should you feel obligated to have your picture taken in order to receive a quote for services, since you are there in person and they can physically evaluate you and take notes. My general impression is that this doctor is more focused on marketing and PR than with patient health and outcomes. I ended up going with a doctor that insisted on talking to other doctors involved in my medical care to be on the safe side.

I highly recommend you look past splashy magazine spreads, sleek white interior decorating and sleazy legal jargon and choose a doctor with a far more cautious and caring attitude.

Some time ago I decided I was tired of being obese so I turned my bad lifestyle habits around and started on my new weight loss journey. Dr Vitenas and his staff are beyond exceptional.
