And this doctor has an attorney ready and willing to sue every person that leaves a bad review. However thanks to the Consumer Review Act you are legally allowed to leave an honest review regardless of any little paper you may have signed without your knowledge.

I received a full set of eyelash extensions and was injured at the hands of there certified technician. The lashes took 4 hours and I was left with clumps of glue, and tape stuck in the lashes. Within 3 days my eyes were so swollen and I was in so much pain I needed the lashes removed. I called Tucson Cosmetics and was denied the service of removal and was told to go to the emergency room, however the ER wouldn't see me until the lashes were removed.

I was able to go to another company and had the lashes removed and the technician there stated that whoever put on my lashes had no idea what they were doing. It has been 6 months and I'm still being threatened to be sued all because I have stated a factual event of my injuries that took place due to this company.

You should go to the most caring and supportive staff, to have your fibrous fat removed by the expert hands of Dr Sofia Rubbani, using Vaser Liposuction. Until she worked her magic, I had 2 bodies. The front that was athletic, for my age, and a grotesque back with hard hanging fat as the results of CoolSculpting. Dr. Rubbani knew exactly what it was, educated & empowered me.

Not only her staff, but SHE spent as much time with me as I needed, explaining to me and answering my questions; what doctor does that these days? I am now 1 week post op and I am thrilled with the results!

Dr Rubbani is great. She answers every question you have, she calms you when you are nervous and will take great care of you. I had buccal fat removal and vaser lipo in chin/neck/jaw. She gave me a detailed set of instructions and what to expect, to take home and read carefully. She was always checking on me before, during and after the procedure as I was anxious.

The sweetest part was when she asked the nurse to hand her vaseline to put in my lips so they didn't get too dry I appreciate all her dedication and I am excited to see the full results in a couple of months!

Can't say enough good things about this place! They genuinely care and communicate with you through every step of whatever you plan to do. I've been to several places trying to find what I found at Tucsom Cosmetics and Dr Rubbani. Dr. Rubbani is very kind, experienced, and knowledgeable and delivered amazing results. She also put in time to check and make sure everything was okay during the healing process.

You can be sure you'll be in good hands here. Will be coming back here for any of my skincare and cosmetic needs. Edit: also forget to mention how nice and helpful the rest of the staff is, and how lovely and comfortable the office and waiting room are.

The office is clean and the staff is beyond friendly. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment and they have always been flexible with any scheduling issues. I have and will continue to recommend them.

Dr Rubbani and her staff are absolutely AMAZING. The doctor has such a great eye for cosmetic procedures and genuinely cares for the concerns of a patient, and executes her job excellently. I've gotten both a surgical procedure and filler and she has never disappointed. She's knowledgeable about her work, and is worth visiting.

I am writing a very honest review with pictures attached on the experience my mother had. Unfortunately she is a very shy person and from what I understand she was bullied into staying quiet. My mom had two procedures done with her. One was for eyelid lift and the second one was double chin liposuction. Let me start off with the eyelid. After receiving eyelid surgery from her she went through multiple eye infections, multiple inflammations, and cysts.

It got to points where she couldn't open up her eyes. She ended up in ER because she was scared she was going to go blind. Next we're going to talk about her double in chin liposuction she removed the fat but all the skin that was left over ended up turning into what looks like a turkeys neck it looked worse than what it did before. She told her that her liposuction would not leave any sagging and when she returned to her to show her what she had done she told her that she can try to correct it but it's going to cost her an additional $7000.

My mom has a really difficult time leaving thehouse she fell into a really bad depression and she has been wearing a scarf around her neck and chin whenever outside. We have been saving money for her to go get these problems fixed from a plastic surgeon, that's how bad the outcome was! I am going to also mention that she sold my sister a few clear and brilliant laser sections for her acne, i'm going to tell you right now that that is not for acne that is an anti-aging laser.

It did nothing for her acne but make it 10 times worse. She sold whatever she possibly could at the expense of others. My understanding is she will tell you whatever she needs to tell you to get your money. Do your research! Make sure the reviews you are reading are real! A bad doctor can ruin your face!

Stay far away from this place! I received a full set of lashes that took 4 hours and was left like this! Lashes fell out after appointment, lashes applied far from lash line so they flip and poke my eye every time I blink, tape glue left on my lashes, lash glue inside my eye! This place is so inexperienced at what they are doing its scary they can be open.

After 3 day of extreme pain I called to have the lashes taken off and was refused service and refused a refund. I was told I needed to go to ER, however ER told me I needed to have the lashes removed before I could be treated. I asked to speak to a manager and was refused that as well. I am horrified at behavior like this and I pray I can help others not go through the same pain im going through. ENTER THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Dr. Rubbani and her assistants have only ever shown total respect and care for me on every occasion I've visited them. At times, when there's a need to wait, it's made very clear that this is only because additional, unexpected time is needed with another client to provide the level of care necessary for that individual. When this happens, someone from the team frequently pops in to keep me informed, offer me drinks and snacks and spend time chatting and making me feel comfortable.

Treatment rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable, music is played everywhere to help clients relax, and, if you have to wait, there's a lovey garden and pool to walk in. I've been to many providers all around the country and have only now met a doctor and her team who really show sincere interest in me and care for me. And my results have been amazing!

The review left by another client prompted me to write this because the experience described couldn't be further from the truth. I was there on the same day and at the same time and know how busy everyone was. I love Tucson Cosmetics and would recommend Dr. Rubbani unreservedly to anyone.

I recently moved to Tucson and decided to look for a new cosmetic provider. I did a research in my area (North) and found this place. I called and made an appt on Thursday at 3pm. I was there on time. At 3:10pm the PA walked me to the procedure room then I completed and signed all the forms and the PA left the room. Around 3:30pm I was still waiting for the doctor.

The PA showed up in the room and told me that "the doctor would be with me in a few minutes". Time passed on and it was 3:45pm and the doctor had not showed up yet. At 3:52pm, over 50 minutes waiting, I decided to leave and walked out from the office letting the secretary know that I had waited for an hour to be seen and that would not continue waiting anymore.

She said that would let the doctor know about it. About 30 minutes later, I received a text from them apologising for the situation and offering me $50 off out of my treatment and saying that would accomodate me ASAP. after thinking about it, I decided to give them the chance to make it right, and replied saying that I could come back the next day at 3pm. Well, they never responded to my text.

I felt so disrespected and bullied by these people. Not only one, but 2 times in the same afternoon. I chose this place out of the dozens of cosmetic offices in my area just because on her website this doctor states that "She likes to treat her patients as her family", well doctor, definetely this unkindness is NOT the way you treat a member of your family, or at least not in my world. No, I do not recommend this office to anybody unless you like to be disrespected and being absolutely ignored. Go and give your bunisses to providers who really appreciate you and the huge amount of money that you spend in their expensive treatments.

I cannot say enough good things about Tucson Cosmetics, Dr. Rubbani, staff and facility! I am so happy that I found her. I had gone through a rough year that aged me and with her magic she brought me back to life! I am so Grateful For finding her! Each time I have a visit I am very pleased with the entire process and results. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

The facility is absolutely beautiful and full of positive and lively energy. Dr. Rubbani is, without a doubt, the best cosmetic injector I have had. Tucson Cosmetics is the only place I would go for Botox. Dr Rubbani is a perfectionist and I always love my results. It's always an improvement but looks natural. I never look overdone. My favorite is using Botox to do a lip lift. My lips look fuller and pouter and without fillers. This new location is gorgeous and all the team are sweethearts too.

She is kind and patient and took her time explaining everything and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Efficient, clean, accommodating. I went for a consultation for spider vein removal and ended up having the procedure the same day. Dr Rubbani loves her work and it shows. She is meticulously clean and careful with a positive outlook and a great staff. Her knowledge runs deep and wide as an added perk was a great conversation about natural supplements that boost immunity. Wonderful experience from start to finish.

I have so many great things to say, I don't know where to begin. I came in for botox because it was already wearing off from the place I went before after just 2 months and. First, they took their TIME talking to me and educating me on what I wanted done, this is huge because I went to two different places before to get lip fillers and was rushed in and out, they never even asked what shape I was looking for or acted like they knew anything about it and I bruised really bad. Dr Rubbani knows her stuff and how and where to place products to achieve the look you want.

I would let her do whatever she wanted to my face with 1000% confidence. I will, from now on, only be coming here. The staff is the best, both friendly and knowledgeable and the doctor is a true expert.

I went in on a Saturday which was very convenient to get BOTOX done. The pricing was excellent for me. Her staff was very nice very helpful very informative. Dr. Rabbani was great I had no problem with her she explained everything very nice and seem very down-to-earth which was very relaxing. Did a great job had no pain whatsoever I would recommend it to anybody who is looking into doing some kind of Cosmetics to there Face Body whatever you want to do.

Just had the silhouette lift and WOW! I am so happy with the instant results. Practically pain free and no down time. Dr. RUBBANI and her staff are very professional. My family noticed it right away.

So I had my lips done here not even 3 months ago & of course I loved them in the beginning and 2 months post injections, they're lopsided AF and uneven & just ugly. I called to discuss the issue and made the drive to the office and they gave me the options of another vile for $799 or a half vile for $359. I have been hesitant the last 3 weeks to call to tell them about my lips. and they want to scrounge another $359-$800 out of me. Smh they are money hungry. do not care about the patients well being and happiness. I loved them in the beginning. Don't SIGN ANYTHING if you still choose this location. * they keep deleting my review
