Safety comes first, and at the Sanctuary Surgical Centre, we have a state of the art facility which is fully licensed by the State of Florida, by the Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA), and the American Association for the Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF).There are various levels of accreditation for outpatient surgery centers, and the accreditation we have obtained is that of an ambulatory surgical center. The Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration dictates the manner in which a facility is designed, built, and managed, including credentials of staff and provisions for patient safety under emergency conditions. This is the highest level of outpatient surgery center in which surgery can be performed.

During his general surgery residency at State University New York, he focused his attentions on plastic surgery, and gained early acceptance into the State University of New York / Kings County Medical Center. On completion of his residency, he continued his surgical training with prestigious fellowships in hand surgery at Hartford Hospital in Connecticut and aesthetic surgery in association with the University of Miami.

Dr. Arthur Handal is an absolutely phenomenal plastic surgeon! I have known him almost 25 years, and this amazing man with the golden hands has truly changed my life. Dr. Handal has performed many surgeries on me. I should wear a tee shirt that says BODY by HANDAL. I certainly did my research in all of South Florida and New York City to find the best surgeon.
He knew exactly what I wanted without me having to explain over and over again. My comfort level was incredible with him. Once my husband and I met with him, we knew he was the one. With the eye of an artist and golden hands of a sculptor, he is excellent analyzing one's face and body and creating a more beautiful you! Dr. Handal is very warm, caring, pleasant and he never makes you feel rushed! if you are looking for the finest, look no further! Dr. Handal and the entire staff in his office exceeded my expectations. He spent time discussing my case and was extremely thorough. I needed implant removal and capsulectomy (implants were from a different doctor 10 years prior) and of course I was extremely nervous with how the outcome would look. The result was better than I expected, I still can't believe how beautiful he was able to reconstruct my breasts.
Only a surgeon with significant experience and expertise can accomplish what he did, as well as care for his patients. I felt like him and his staff treated me like family since day 1. I highly highly recommend this surgeon.

I recently got a breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Handal, I don't even know where to start, the results are amazing and I only have a month, their treat is so great all the people I talked with were so nice. I was looking for natural results after looking pages and different clinics, this one had the best results, I look like I was born like this I wish I could give you more stars because they really deserve it I'm leaving a before and and after pics (keep in mind this is a month after my surgery)

I was diligently searching for a plastic surgeon. I did plenty of "homework" and after meeting with several plastic surgeons, I knew within the first 10 minutes that Dr. Handal would be the "one" that I would choose. Dr. Handal was very honest. He even told me that I didn't need certain procedures even though I felt like I did. The office staff was incredible as well.
I stayed over night in the Sanctuary Center, and my nurse, Gina was so attentive and kind. It's been over a month since my surgery and I couldn't be happier. My results are so natural and Dr. Handal and his team were so caring and professional, they went above and beyond! I am not a good patient and get extremely queasy. Dr. Handal and his nurse, Conchita (the best), took such good care of me. I've never experienced a more kind and caring doctor and office staff than Dr. Handal and his "dream team". Look no further, Dr. Handal is absolutely the best in his field!

My entire journey has been amazing. From the moment I walked into his office I knew I was in the correct place. The entire staff is excellent. Dr Handal and all his staff are very professional and make you feel at home. The results were amazing and all done as a closed rhinoplasty which shortens the recovery time. Dr Handal had great recommendations for changes I was looking for and he made them a reality. From the consultation, to the pre-op appointment, to the day of surgery, I felt like I was the only patient being cared for by him and his staff.

From the first time I met Dr Handal I knew I was going to be pleased with the outcome. He listened to my concerns Other doctors just talked over me. My final result was more than satisfactory. My daughter said "I got my mom back" my fear of looking artificial was quite the opposite of the result. I now look as good as I looked 20plus years ago, but without a total obvious change.
In addition to my complete praise for Dr Handal, I must say that his entire staff has always been welcoming and supportive. To anyone considering surgical improvements I highly recommend this amazing physician

Phenomenal experience! I'm one month post op and the results are amazing. The entire journey has been incredible. Dr. Handal makes you feel as if you're his only patient. Dedicated and sincere, he's committed to achieving the utmost results and fulfilling his patient's wishes. Equally impressive is the staff surrounding Dr. Handal. I've wanted to have breast augmentation for many years but was too scared to go for it. I discussed this desire with another trusted physician and he recommended Dr. Handal as the most experienced plastic surgeon in the area. Dr. Handal far exceeded my expectations. He calmed all my fears and reassured me that I would be happy with the outcome. Even when I started getting cold feet, he met with me again before surgery to review sizing, go over the surgery plan, and put all my fears to rest.
The outcome is so beautifully natural. Honestly, I now have the breasts I've always wanted. I am now almost 3 weeks out of surgery and they look perfect. No scaring, no pain, perfect shape, size, and feel. I wish I had done this 20 years ago! Thank you Dr. Handal and staff for taking such good care of me. Love you all!

Dr. Handal is a phenomenal surgeon. He’s a perfectionist and an artist at his work. He’s very honest and will tell you what you need or don’t need. Dr.Handal has golden hands! He did me a tummy tuck and liposuction almost 2 months ago and I’m killing it. My results are fabulous! I never had a doubt that I was going to look good with the perfectionist hands of Dr. HANDAL, but I honestly didn’t think I was going to look so good so fast.

He bonds with his patients and so does his staff! There all very sensitive to your needs and

LED Light Treatment. Deep Cleaning facial w/ exfoliation & medical-grade LED. Great for sun-damaged skin. 60 minutes. No downtown. I went today for this treatment and it exceeded my expectations!! Jo Ann was the Licensed Esthetician who did my treatment. She is amazing!! She is so personable, knowledgeable, overall awesome!! My face has never felt so soft, smooth and I'm glowing! Love, love!! I can't stop smiling! I am beyond excited! It was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed every aspect of it. For anyone thinking of getting this done....it's worth it!
