I was here once. Dr. Frank wanted to help two areas of concern but I was very hesitant because of a prior bad experience. He actually seemed like a kind and genuine dr. Despite his celebrity clientele and his nice presentation he and his staff are professional I have a lovely doctor now and stick mainly with strong sunblock and retinol. What dr. Frank offers are almost every possible service. For me he wasn't the right choice at the time and he's far for others I think he's probably going to be a good but pricey decision.

This guy is amazing! I walked in with a messed up jaw from a Medspa filling it incorrectly. He changed my entire look in one visit. I had a square lumpy masculine jaw from bad filler and he was able to dissolve and refill properly. I also had terrible acne walking in and he gave me his prescription cream for acne and within a week and a half I had glowing skin with not one single pimple. My skin has never looked better. Amazing experience!

I'm writing to say my experience with Dr. P. Frank and his committed team has surpassed my expectations- I'm post- procedure by one week, and am already thrilled. They are efficient, organized, pleasant, respectful and frankly, realistic - which at age 57, I truly appreciate. I had two previous consults for Lipo and Dr P. Frank was the first to express confidence that he could make a difference - Yes, despite a life time of exercising regularly with a trainer, Pilates, Cross Fit, running - I continued to be discouraged with the stubborn spots at my knees, inner thighs and booty. I've been following Dr. Frank on instagram for about a year now. I finally decided to book an appointment to talk about the droopy look that has snuck up on my face, especially around my mouth. The office was clean and beautiful, and the staff very professional. Dr. Frank was warm and had a lot of ideas for me, but not in a pushy way. We discussed using botox and fillers to get a look that was "still me, just younger." He also introduced me to a laser called Fraxel to help with sun damage from my years in Miami.
I was nervous, but the appointment went great and I cant believe the results. My skin looks so fresh, and the fillers are amazingly natural. My only regret is that I didn't book with him sooner.

Doctor Frank is the only doctor to go to. He removed a cyst that was in the middle of my chest. And diagnosed it. Also he removed multiple moles and really was great. He fit me in i did not have to wait and he followed all guidelines. Was safe and amazing experience. I will go to him for all of my beauty needs. I feel like he approved my appearance greatly and am so grateful.

I have gone to Dr. Frank in the past and when the covid-19 restrictions eased made an appointment. He had me sign an extensive release but did not inform me that he had been a victim to the covid virus. He misrepresented the situation and I would have taken the option to reschedule at a later date. There is no guarantee that post-covid testing is effective or that the virus can't come back.
It is unethical and immoral, in my opinion, and certainly not the standards of a "celebrity" NY cosmetic dermatologist. I was bruised for weeks (a first) which prompted me to go on line and see his interview on FOX NEWS about his illness. That's how I found out about it. This is dishonorable behavior from someone who cares so much about his reputation.

Dr. Frank came very highly recommended to me and he exceedingly surpassed my expectations. A friendly staff greeted me and the Doctor was an expert at his craft using fillers and Botox where I needed them on my face and neck. I assure you that this is the Doctor of choice for your needs. Amazing 360° experience! Every detail at Dr. Frank's Medical Spa makes the visit a treat: the beautiful office, the tiny chocolates with the logo imprint and the attentive and professional staff. To add even more edge to the well respected practice the fancy decor is worth of a Vogue magazine spread. I had the coolest #coolpeel there! It was the first time I had laser for my face and so glad to have experienced it at this level. Now I am certainly one of Dr. Paul Frank's aficionados! Thank you!

What an amazing experience! Five stars doesnt cut it! Dr. Frank is absolutely amazing and his staff too. I had a Bodytite Procedure done. Felt very comfortable the entire time. It was painless and very quick. My hubby picked me up after the procedure was done, at the Doctor's request (some patients feel a bit dizzy, i did not). To be honest, i felt so good, i could go back to work right after the procedure!
The following day i felt a bit sore. If i had to compare, the pain was more like the muscle pain after a nice workout the day before (which i didnt mind at all). I was back to my regular day routine. This procedure was an absolute dream come true to me. After having 3 kids my body just didnt look the same any more. I tried diets and workouts, but i could never achieve my goal and make my tummy look the way i wanted to.
I did loose weight and shaped up many other areas, but my tummy simply did not respond to anything. Regular Lipo was not an option to me. My hectic schedule doesnt allow me for really any down time. That's when Dr. Frank suggested Bodytite. Long story short. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE. BEST THING I EVER DONE FOR MYSELF. words cannot describe how greatful, happy, and amazed i am right now! Thank you PFRANK MD! You made my dreams come true! I cant wait for summer! Bikinis await!

Yea don't go here front desk is arrogant they don't know how to treat acne especially there P.A. The pa here wanted to put me on antibiotics which studies show is not good for acne or gut health. That's why to see the pa is free. They know. Nothing of skincare the Mdna skincare line is full of fragrance and alcohol. Do not do there membership facial it is a trap I got laser genesis done in February which the pa recommended.
I called her with a horrible breakout afterwards. I learned a physician Assistant doesn't know the skin unless they have there esthetics license. And the led they tried to sell on me I said um no will go somewhere else. Never set foot in there again. Word to the wise always ask a pa if they have there esthetician's license if not run. Because they will try to prescribe things not for you and they don't know skincare or products. If you have acne please go see Sandra Velandia run from this place

Dr. Frank is TRULY a great cosmetic derm. What makes him a stand out derm is that he cares about his patients and will not suggest any procedure that is not appropriate for you. I discovered him through his incredible instagram page, where he provides TONS of valuable information. On his social media, he provides great details and answers so many questions that are sooo helpful to me in deciding what procedures would be appropriate for me. When i met him in person, i was not disappointed. He is very approachable, listened to my needs and i highly recommend him!

Didn't want to give any stars Dr. Frank is such a terrible doctor with a huge ego and little true skill. Running a factory, lot of hype but bad treatment, bad results. Completely uncaring man who blames patient and never checks in after doing possibly dangerous off label cosmetic procedure. Complications but not one word from doctor after numerous reaching out attempts.
He simply freezes you out if you complain and leaves you to pick up the pieces. I had to go to my regular doctor for follow up treatment, and also Dr. Frank withheld my records - why unless nervous? My regular doctor told me that the treatment I had was bad and potentially very dangerous for me - I told Dr. Frank the side effects I was having and he never responded.
Not one word of assistance from Dr. Frank - uncaring, unethical, unskilled doctor. Freezes you out like you are the problem despite your having a real problem he caused. I visit Manhattan several times a year and when I do I always make an appointment with my favorite PA, Christina. I always have great results with every procedure she does, including cool sculpting, ultherapy, many different types of laser treatments and Botox. Christina is both professional and personable and she always suggests the best treatments with amazing results.
I have also had great results with their cosmetic artist, Christopher. He really did an amazing job using microblading on my eyebrows. All of the staff are friendly and very professional at PFRANKMD and I highly recommend them.

You will not find a better cosmetic derm office in the city. I have seen Christina DeMartino for multiple procedures and she is fantastic. She has a ton of experience and just really understands what I want. I really like Dr. Frank as well, and he keeps the office stocked with the latest equipment and technology. I don't live uptown but this was worth the trek.

Dr. Frank is the best. His technology is cutting-edge and definitely leap years ahead of most dermatologists I've seen. But, HE is awesome because he truly wants his patients to look and feel their best. And, that same sentiment can be felt among the professional staff at his office. They always greet you with a smile and are very helpful. I received treatment for a pigmentation concern and he recommended the pico-genesis laser.
The BEST decision. Not only is there little to no downtime, but it has long-lasting results months after the treatment. My last visit was in June 2018 and my face looks great. Can't wait for my next visit. If you want to look your best, I highly recommend going in for at least a consultation. He is SO worth the money and he's EXTREMELY knowledgeable.

Had my first visit with Dr. Frank and it was such an amazing experience, I will definitely be going back. I had been back and forth with wanting to commit with my treatment and Dr. Frank assured me it would go perfectly, and it did! I truly did not feel a thing either and I was perfect to go along with my daily routine the next day. I am SO happy with my result and would highly recommend him if you are contemplating a procedure. I have been a patient of Dr Paul Frank for more than 10 yrs and his staff is always very kind, highly trained and he has never tried to oversell any procedures. He has always made me look super natural and have always been very good at explaining all procedures in advance. I look my best because of Dr. Frank and always feel comfortable in asking about new procedures and trust his judgment on weather I should have anything done or not. Best dermatologist hands down I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Paul Jarrod Frank is THE MAN!! I found his practice through an op-ed that he was featured in and my curiosity was piqued. I've undergone Pico-Genesis treatments and the results have been AMAZING with virtually no downtime. Amanda, the RN who performs my treatments, is absolutely WONDERFUL and highly skilled. But, what impresses me the most is that his office and staff reflects his values and commitment to being your best self. I definitely recommend pfrankmd to those who desire first-class, quality service.

I had a horrible experience here a year ago and am writing now. I was breaking out with cystic acne and had fraxel used on me which did way more damage. My experience here with dr Paul was this : pretentious, rushed, vain, no sense of compassion. I even has an injection experience here for a filler and mind you it was painful. Not the usual ouch pin pain but until I found another doctor who genuinely cared, I found how seamless and non painful it should've been.

I think that finding a Dr. in New York can be a daunting task. I rely on Yelp reviews and so I decided to share my experience with Dr. Frank and his staff. From the moment I walked into the office, I was met with the care and attention I would want from a boutique practice. Ann answered every question I had - there were MANY emails - in a prompt and informative way, and never made me feel as if any question was too small.
This is the practice I'd send my mother, sister and best friend to. It's weird for me to see reviews of his bad bedside manner as I found him delightful and funny. And Ann is like the sister anyone would want.
