One of the features of our electronic medical records system is an online patient portal that allows you to fill out your medical history at home, prior to your appointment, which means you spend less time in our office! The patient portal is simple, but you must follow certain steps to ensure that your information is saved.
Dr. William Freeman is the founder and medical director of William E. Freeman, MD, Dermatology. He is an active member of the Houston Medical Center medical staff. Dr. Freeman enjoys dermatology because it allows him to get to know patients of all ages and encompasses medical and surgical modalities.
Emily Ludwig joined Dr. Freeman's practice in 2018 and is the practice's Senior Laser Practitioner. She has 15 years of nursing experience ranging from neonatal ICU bedside nursing to cosmetic laser. She always wanted to be a nurse even as a young child, and she volunteered and worked in hospitals as soon as she was old enough.

Receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude. I walked in signed my son's name got the paperwork from her and filled it out. Certain information I did not have which I explained it over the phone when the appointment was made was told no problem as long as it shows the insurance is active. The receptionist made a comment wish she had something at least to make a copy of for the card.
When I made the appointment I told them I didn't have the card and was told no problem that's fine. When I get here today it's everything, but fine she kept over talking me she was just very rude and did not appreciate it at all. I will never make an appointment here again. It's free of charge to be nice and professional when working with people. I will take my services elsewhere.

Everyone in the office, from check in, to procedure, and check out were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I had three appointments involved with identifying questionable moles. I returned for the biopsies to be done and the third visit for the removal of a mole. I chose not to go for the follow up because everything was fine and had healed well with barely a scar.
This was my first experience with this procedure and the first time to a dermatologist. If I ever need to see a dermatologist I will definitely be back. They all did a great job!

The office staff is very friendly and are concerned about our safety. My doctor and PA are very knowledgeable and are able to address all my concerns. They ask if any spot or area on my body is concerning to me. They are able to readily answer my questions. I usually want to know what certain spots are. A d when they are doing something They tell you what they will be doing before they do it. I definitely would recommend them to everyone.
