Office staff are warm and efficient. Shout out to Taylor when I was initially lost in the hospital parking maze! Dr. Whitaker has been wonderful to me and my three grandchildren in separate procedures. He is very knowledgeable, empathetic and patient. We can't say enough good things about him and trust him implicitly.

Dr. Whitaker and Dr. Soto are the best. And if you have to go through an audio gram, there is a very nice woman who handles (I've forgotten her name rn) but all the staff are friendly and helpful. Very grateful to have them local!

Easy to make appointments, on time service, staff from reception to checkout is courteous and efficient. While it is a 52 mile drive (one way) to come to this practice, it is well worth it. In addition to regular checkups with Dr. Becker, she had to perform surgery a couple of of years ago and everything went great. Folks should also know that the Red Hills Surgery Center, just down the road where surgeries are performed, is just as great as the main office itself.

Each person I met was very kind. Dr. Becker was terrific. She took the time to listen to me and I came away feeling like she really cared. Her nurse was very nice and friendly also. I definitely would recommend Dr. Becker and staff to anyone that needs to see an ENT doctor.

I went in referred by my primary doctor for a lump on my neck. I saw Dr Adrian Roberts and he is simply the best, he listened and knew what was wrong with me right away, he gets . The office staff seemed clueless not rude but like they had no idea what they were doing. My first visit the front desk girl had to go ask the doctor what to charge me for then I received a call to schedule surgery and follow up appointment when all of that was already in place.

Great facilities and Dr. Whitaker is great. The best part I like about him is he actually takes the time to listen and explain you the reason why you might be experiencing a specific symptoms and how can be resolved. Really great

Receptionist was friendly, I barely had time to finish my paperwork before they called me back. Kelsey was very nice and knowledgeable. She explained everything. She put me at ease right away. I would highly recommend her!

I've been receiving treatment at Tallahassee Ear, Nose and Throat for several years now. Dr. Whitaker and staff are wonderful. He takes his time, listens to your concerns and makes an informed, thoughtful diagnosis. I feel both comfortable and well cared for each visit. For areas out of his specialty he doesn't hesitate to make a referral to have the issue addressed. Thanks for your service and attention. PJH

The entire staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Whittaker had a great bedside manner that makes it seem he loves his job and what he does. He engages the patient in care choices by providing thorough and accurate information. I feel Like I'm in good hands with him facing some serious decisions.

I'm sorry for leaving this poor review for this center. I am sure many awesome doctors and staff are working there. However, I had a terrible experience. My doctor was Dr. Soto and it affected my life quality a lot. I had the same operation with another doctor, and I had a much better experience in the first one. My first doctor spent almost two years talking to me and trying different non-aggressive methods and finally when he noticed that they didn't work, he talked to me and we went for the surgery.

In Dr. Soto's case, he just decided that in a 10 minutes meeting, just looking at my CT scan. I know that it was my own fault, I shouldn't have trusted him and should have talked to my first doctor as well. But this doesn't keep me away from sharing my experience for the improvement of the center, Dr. Soto, for the patients who use this center. First of all, while I talked to him and to his nurse and clarified that my sense of smell is important to me and they promised that it will be better, I lost the majority of my sense of smell. Second, the dynamic of my breath and mucus flow has changed a lot and I am not comfortable with it.

This affected the quality of my life and didn't happen in my first surgery. At a point, I thought that it is because of being my second surgery, but accidentally I met somebody who had the same surgery with Dr. Soto and had the same complaints and it was his first surgery. Because of this and after three years that I didn't feel any improvement, I determined to share my experience. Furthermore, my first surgery took about 6 hours and this one was just around one hour.

This gives me a feeling that Dr. Soto is always in a rush and doesn't mind about quality. Another experience was with one of the center's staff. She put me in a very embarrassing situation and charged me $250 at the counter. I was standing in the line and people were behind me. I tried to get some time to call my insurance company, because I had met my maximum out of pocket, and I thought I didn't need to pay. However, I perceived a humiliating situation from her and paid the money.

Even though later the center refunded me, that unique experience that I didn't have in whole my life stayed with me forever, strengthening the idea that they do everything just for money and not for the patients! I say again, this doesn't cover everybody in Tallahassee ENT center, and I am sure and even I met some great people over there, and this that my experience belongs to about 3 years before, and I just shared my personal experience. Thank you,
