From start to finish I had a FABULOUS experience. Dr Castellon took my disaster and made it better than I could have ever imagined. He is truly an artist and genuinely cared about my happiness! All these poor reviews have to be from people who don't understand simple directions and have unrealistic expectations. Dr Castellon is honest and truly cares about patient satisfaction.

His whole staff is caring, helpful and supportive along the way and after. I will definitely return to him before even thinking twice about another PS. Brevard county is lucky to have him!

I met Dr Castillion over 4 months ago after I was recommended by my PCP for breast reduction surgery. When I first met him I was very impressed by his caring and gentle bedside manor. He was very knowledgeable and spent time answering all of my questions. His office staff are all Professional and friendly as well as caring and helpful and made me feel comfortable every time I came in to his office. My surgery was very successful and I am extremely pleased with my results. I highly recommend Dr Castellon and will definitely go back for any future procedures.

I received two Votiva treatments at Dr. Castellons office. I did an extensive amount of research prior to my first visit, including where to go, how the treatment works, and what makes it so successful. I chose this office because of its outstanding reputation in Brevard. I noticed results immediately, and it kept getting better. My discomfort and such has completely subsided, and my partner surely is a fan of Votiva!

I now receive a treatment annually! I like to refer to it as a "tune up" and believe any woman, especially after child birth, or as she ages, should % use this practice and Votiva. I was very shy and nervous at first, but the staff immediately allowed me to feel comfortable and at ease! I always leave with a big grin on my face! Thanks

Dr. Castellon is the best! And his staff as well! He did a breast reduction surgery for the me! His bedside manners are the best! He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable! Could've been better. Once the swelling went down my skin was saggy again - the issue I went to have fixed. Plus my surgery was botched, which happens, but it took them a month, several painful tries, and more money to fix it.

Reception staff is discourteous and unprofessional. I filled out paperwork for a complementary consultation. The paperwork includes a privacy policy form but they don't provide the policy and when asked for they say they have no copies. When I told the scheduler, Monica, I'd give them my ID after the consult if I decide to become a patient she told me they would cancel the appointment if I would not give up my ID for a copy.

I told she could look at it to verify my identity but she told me without a copy my appointment was canceled. Then she refused to give me the paperwork with my personal information on it telling me that the paper was their property. She agreed to shred it in front of me. I left the office bothered that my time was wasted but glad I'd avoid future contact with that staff. The doctor might be a decent surgeon but his staff's professionalism is subpar.

I WOULD NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD RESULTS. I went in to have skin cancer removed from my face a little over a year ago. Dr Castelon told me it would be minimal scaring and the internal stitches would disolve or be pushed out within 6 months. I still have a nasty scar on my face, there is bunching (a puffy spot) at both ends of the incision and the stitches took a year and a half before they stopped coming out.

When a friend heard I was going to him she advised me not to because he screwed up her surgeries. It also took them 4 months to get the billing code right so that my insurance would cover it. I had to call my insurance and explain the reason for going to a plastic surgeon in order to get it approved.
