The technique known as the s-lift or mini facelift is generally performed earlier in life that the traditional facelift. It can re-freshen specifically targeted trouble spots in a less invasive way with a quicker recovery time. A neck lift trims excess skin, corrects muscular bands and removes excess fat that masks the smooth defined neck and jaw contours.
We are proud of our reputation for being the preeminent skin cancer and lesion care specialists in the area. The majority of procedures can comfortably be done in the office for the patient's convenience. Lesions, or what patients commonly refer to as moles, are generally grouped in three categories.
Giesswein Plastic Surgery is proud to offer some of the latest laser technology with the recent purchase of the Alma Harmony XL Pro. With this laser platform our patients can benefit from state-of -the -art treatments. Clear Lift represents a breakthrough in cosmetic laser technology. It represents the latest alternative to skin resurfacing and cosmetic surgery. Clear Lift emits short bursts of light which reach underneath the skin's surface; stimulating collagen and breaking apart unwanted pigmentation.
A tummy tuck, also known as abdominoplasty, is often the procedure of choice in restoring the patient's shape to their pre-pregnancy or pre-weight gain body shape. By removing excess skin and tightening stomach muscles the procedure can create a smoother abdominal profile. This procedure is frequently performed in combination with liposuction.

Dr. Giesswein very recently did a bilateral breast reduction for me. He was so reassuring through the whole process, took care of all the insurance paperwork and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was about to happen. I am estatic with my results and would recommend him to anyone thinking about having this surgery! I don't think I could have had a better experience.

I was referred to Dr. Giesswein by my medical doctor's office due to an infected cyst in front of my left ear. Miriam drained it and then yesterday Dr. Giesswein removed the sac so it wouldn't come back. Everyone in the office is very nice and friendly. The procedure was almost painless. Dr. Giesswein said that the worst part was injecting the medicine to numb it. I hardly felt that. I would recommend their office to anyone needing any kind of dermatology or plastic surgery.

Wife wanted to have a nose implant removed due to pain, but Dr Giesswein refused to perform the surgery stating that the pain "was all in [her] head". So, in addition to being a plastic surgeon, he also is a psychologist? Anyway, he refused to perform the surgery based on his feeling that she wasn't in pain, even though the insurance was covering it. But, she finally had the implant removed.in Korea.and for a fraction of what she'd have been charged stateside.
