By far the worst dermatologist I've ever been too, very very very very uneducated. You are a price tag there not a client. He will have you coming back for more treatment rather then one and done. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I was referred here by my PCP to have a mole looked at. Arrived early, the entire parking lot is full, plus the waiting room. My appointment was scheduled for 11. At noon I heard someone getting called back who was yelling about their appointment was scheduled for 9. I get one day off. I do not want to spend it in a waiting room because this place thinks its perfectly acceptable to overbook. I don't care how good anyone else thinks they are, no one is worth that long of a wait. Btw, after I left, they called me after 1 saying they were ready for me. Never again.

Extremely unprofessional, scheduled an appointment, showed up early to fill out paperwork like they asked. There was a ton of people in the waiting room, I watched 3 people walk out because of the wait. There's an entire parking lot of people waiting in their cars. I asked if it was going to be much later than my scheduled appointment. Two ladies laughed at me and and said yes it's going to a while.

I asked why they scheduled me at a time when they were extremely busy and one of the ladies snickered sarcastically as if to say "tough luck". I don't recommend this place at all they do not have a good process or good customer service. If I could give no stars I would.

Absolutely the best in the area. 3rd Dermatologist I've been to and completely satisfied, finally. If wait time is more important to you than quality of care and competence of staff, maybe you should go to Med Express, and McDonalds after, they're also big on speed and low on quality. My life depends on having a best in business Dermatologist.

This this place is absolutely ridiculous maybe good doctors but horrible scheduling staff. There is no reason to schedule 6 patients for 2 doctors at the exact same time that is totally Idiotic. I hope that someone takes o them to small claims court and sues them for wasting their time and sick time and money waiting to be seen by a doctor. My time is just as important as their time.

After an hour and fifteen minute wait in the waiting room and a half hour in the room by myself the Dr. Came in for 5 minutes, biopsy was done and I was out the door with little to no explanation. I called no less than 4 times requesting results. Six months later I revieve a bill which I questioned as I have health insurance and payed my co pay the day if service.

I called for 2 months requesting information, saying Everytime on the voice mail I'd be happy to pay when someone explained it to me. I finally gave up and paid it as soon as I was able to get a warm body which is next to impossible. I've been trying to get an itemized bill for the last month to turn into my flex spending with no luck. ***** Clearly this guy is most interested in volume and not quality of care, do your self a favor and pick another even if it requires a further drive or a bit longer to get an appointment****

Waited for tow hours to be seen, told it would be another 30 min. Its like this all the time. Left without being seen. Don't waste your time going. Find somewhere else.

Dr English is always nice and very pleasant. Id recommend this place. The wait time is long but all my small procedures done here have went well and healed nicely.

Sat in waiting room for a hour waiting to be seen. They weren't calling anyone back. We first got here there was only4 people now 1 hour later there is 15 waiting.

If there were zero or negative stars I'd have went with one of them. I'm furious right now with these kinds of doctors who don't truly care about their patients enough to explore all the options. My niece was misdiagnosed with eczema for nearly 9 years. Some dermatologist. What she has is a rare autoimmune disease that causes a rash and muscle weakness.

Wonderful doctor to spend NINE years treating this child for eczema and when his treatments continually failed never bothered to search out other options. Its sad all the personal torment she has endured over the years due to this doctor's lack of attention.
