What a gem! Dr. Sheikh is the sweetest, most kind and patient professional who really understands the services she provides. I first went here using a Groupon probably about 6-ish years ago and I'll continue here until the day she stops practicing! I once went somewhere else and paid twice as much for half the results; lesson learned.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sheikh. She is extraordinarily patient and truly takes time to listen to me. I appreciate that she has a "natural" aesthetic; I love that Dr Sheikh helps me reveal the best version of myself as I grow older. In addition to general aging, I have specific issues with very puffy eyes. Dr Sheikh takes a very studied, careful, and stepwise approach to my treatment.

My eyes look fresher and more youthful with every visit! As compared to others in the past (in another part of the country where I lived), Dr. Sheikh gives me a natural, balanced, and fresh look. I'm a client for life!

She has always encouraged me to come back if I am not happy with any of my results, and has always been gracious, caring, professional and informative. I have never had an issue scheduling appointments on Schedulicity or with Leslie; Leslie does her very best to work you in if possible!

Nova Medical Skin Care is a wonderful experience. Dr. Sheikh is professional, knowledge, and warm. Services, skin rejuvenation, dermal fillers, and neuromodulators are provided with precision and care. The office staff also provides a welcoming environment.

AVOID THIS PRACTICE! Here are the reasons: 1. Dr. Nasreen Sheikh is NOT a board certified dermatologist. Do you really want someone using lasers and injections on your skin when they haven't been properly trained? Her medical license is in general medicine & surgery. 2. The overall average patient rating of Dr. Nasreen S Sheikh is 1.0 of 5.0 stars on vitals which is a health resource with a rating system from patients. 3.

Office hours that they actually do not adhere to. Imagine if you have an emergency, no one calls you back or shows up during their office hours. They are only there TueThu 10A-5P and 2 Saturdays a month 10A-4P. 4. They advertise on Groupon (successful medical practices do not do this). 5. The staff Susannah and Leslie are completely rude and unprofessional.

Personal experience: 1. 3/27/18: Purchased Latisse on Groupon. 2. 3/28/18: Called office to setup an appointment to pickup Latisse, they said I don't need an appointment and to show up during their scheduled office hours. 3. 4/5/18: Showed up during their designated office hours on Thu 10A-4P, physically knocked on their door at 2pm and they were closed.

Left BOTH a voicemail and sent a message on their website on 4/5/18. 4. 4/8/18: Received a voicemail from Susannah *3 days later* that said she would ship my Latisse due to the inconvenience. 5. 4/9/18: Received an email from Leslie the office manager *4 days later* stating that I should call ahead to setup an appointment. (HAHAHA she was the one who told me I didn't need to setup an appointment on 3/28/18!) 6. 4/9/18: Spoke with Susannah and provided her with my Groupon voucher number and mailing address.

The irony is she asked me if I would be interested in getting any services with them - yea let me waste more of my time - no thank you! 7. 4/14/18: Nothing in the mail and no response to 2 text messages to Susannah. 9 days and still no resolution, not even a courtesy phone call/email/text. Why would you put yourself through this especially with a family practice doctor? NO THANKS! THIS HAS BEEN AWFUL!
