Joe Snyder has been working with Dr. Carpenter and Allegany Plastic Surgery since 2007. He enjoys working with the professional and caring staff of Allegany Plastic Surgery to help patients in the Cumberland and surrounding areas achieve their goals. Joe's primary role, as a Physician's Assistant, includes the healing and treating of various skin related conditions.
