I had come for a thorough check for any changes in all my skin, related to age and sun exposure. Donella came in well-prepared having reviewed my previous appointment, and then provided a very complete examination of all my skin, with special attention to areas of concern to me. She assured me that the changes were normal and recommended some products and strategies that might help to keep my skin healthy.

My appointment with Peninsula dermatology today was less than desirable. I've been going there for years but have had to switch doctors for one reason or another mostly because they MoveOn. When I first met Donella in Silverdale I was happy to have someone that seemed to know what they were doing and pleasant. I was excited when she moved to Gig Harbor full-time. short story.

My husband and I both had a rash that she was trying to diagnose but when I would ask a question about my him she told me he was not her concern. and wouldn't touch the discussion in any way. Then since Covid my hair has been falling out so today I asked her about it and I was told that is a whole new book and I'm trying to make more problems for myself!

I have been reading online reasons for losing hair and many of the article said to speak to a dermatologist about it. That she wasn't interested in answering that question for me. I don't hear many good things about Peninsula Dermatology but kept keepin on. Guess it's not worth it anymore. Hope others have better experiences. No need to be treated so poorly

Max and Jennifer were friendly and efficient. My only complaint is the antibiotics prescribed never got called into my pharmacy. Haven't been able to talk to anyone and have left two messages on the nurse answering machine.

Canceled my appointment I made back in December because the person I was scheduled with is no longer working at this location. I understand that completely, I have called them back three times now and no one has returned my call within the 72 hour mark. I've literally been suffering from my skin allergies, highly frustrating.

I had a very timely and positive experience from referral to follow up. Procedure was explained fully, before, during, and after surgery. This was a second visit to this facility with the same surgeon and same support staff.

The entire staff is courteous and efficient. My doctor is great and I am never kept waiting. I have received great care here for a skin cancer and have had wonderful follow up.

I am happy with Casey Pinch, my dermatologist. He is professional, gentle (ouchless liquid nitrogen procedures) and has a very positive attitude, so I always leave his office feeling even better than when I went in. The front office staff are efficient and helpful. I recommend Peninsula Dermatology for skin exams and treatments.

Shocking lack of care. Came in for hair loss and sensitive scalp and they still fancy doing a rough exam. Head still hurts. They were also very nonchalant regarding my concerns.

My surgery consultation with Dr Kerri Robbins was excellent. She was thorough in her explanation of the surgery procedure and what to expect with the outcome. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. Both she and her assistant, Alex, get an A+ from me.

I recently had an appointment with Dr Robins at this facility. All of the staff were great. I had to wait a little extra time before seeing the Dr as they were booked and surgeries were taking extra time. The staff felt bad about the extra wait time but it was understandable. When I did see the doctor, her assistant was very kind and thoughtful. Dr Robins was also great.

She explained all of the procedures that might need to happen and showed me what areas they would have to remove because of a carcinoma. She gave me both her card and the cosmetic specialist that I would also need to see and told me to call if I didn't hear back soon. I feel confident and felt safe about all that needs to happen moving forward.

I was scheduled to meet with one of Rasmussen's PAs for skin treatment. I had to wait over 30 minutes without anyone giving me status. I had to leave for another appointment. On my way out I was going to reschedule and told the receptionist about the delay. I asked to schedule with Rasmussen and she told me I would normally have to wait 60-90 minutes to see him.

Why have a schedule when they have planned delays to inconvenience patients? With lots of other options for skin care I would recommend going somewhere else. anywhere else where they don't leave their patients sitting around.
