I had surgery to reconstruct the tear duct drain from my eye lid to my nose. If I had it to do over, I would not do it again. It is my fault possibly for not asking more questions, but it was very expensive and it did not seem to work. I was not told that I would have a tube in my eye post surgery and accidentally pulled it out. The scheduling process was cumbersome - my paperwork was lost, then my surgery time was forced to change because of other cancellations, last minute I had to get a covid test, etc.

Post test I was told I must see the doctor in a week. When I went it, she did absolutely nothing and I assume my insurance was charged. Everyone one was nice and polite, but I just would not recommend going through this experience with this practice. My eye still waters the same as it did before.

Dr. Black is one of the most knowledgeable and caring physicians from whom I have received care. He made me feel comfortable from start to finish throughout treatment of my facial skin cancer. He is an excellent surgeon and the scar from my skin cancer removal is nearly invisible. I would highly recommend him and will continue to refer patients to him for their cosmetic and functional needs.

I was referred to dr black something like 10 years ago, and 2-3 surgeries later, close to i'm sure $10k my issue has gotten worse. i recently went back to ask him to investigate what is causing and to fix the issue (after every other surgeon i've seen since then will not fix it as they are afraid to make it worse) he repeatedly kept talking about my eye muscle when i repeated multiple times it was NOT a muscle issue, i can feel the weight of the skin pulling my eye down, it's a skin issue and the skin is collecting at the front because it doesn't seem to have been reattached properly. yet he kept repeating the same thing over and over "it's just a millimeter" about the muscle, which it's not. at the end of the appointment he told me to use.eyes drops. eye drops that a different doctor prescribed and that it would make it all better, but it only tightens the muscle, and the muscle isn't the issue, so i tried the drops and it made the eye worse. if you need someone to actually figure out what's wrong with you and take care of you (which is what doctors signed up to do), and not just give you 10 minutes of time you PAID for, save yourself the agony and go somewhere else.

I was referred in May and had an appointment at this office. I was told that I do need surgery and I'd get a call sometime in June. I've left a couple voicemails and no one is returning my call. It's now August. im not sure what happened to the Surgery Scheduler.

Dr. Robert Beaulieu is an excellent doctor. I went for a removal of a chalazion on my lower eyelid. Dr. Beaulieu spent lots of time explaining different options. I visited him three times before the surgery because I was a little nervous. He did not rush me and spent time to answer all my questions. I am very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Robert Beaulieu to everyone.

Dr. Schlachter came into the room a genuine hour past my appointment time, & said nothing. I was there for upper eyelid swelling. I showed her photos of the swelling, as it wasn't swollen the day of the appointment. Her response was a sarcastic "you think that's swollen?". I have seen three other doctors that have acknowledged the swelling. She then went on to tell me what I was talking about was from aging, and that my eyebrows had clearly dropped on my face.

I just turned 28. I've never seen a doctor of any sort with such lack of bedside manner. She was extremely rude the entirety of the appointment, which was about 3 minutes. Unless you have nothing better to do all day than to sit around & wait for someone with zero regard for your appointment time and are interested in plastic surgery, 100% go elsewhere. Worst $30 I've ever spent.

I recently had a necessary procedure performed by Dr. Black, and I can't say enough about the quality of care and also the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Not only did I know that I was in the very best medical hands, but I felt well cared for from beginning to end, and that makes all the difference. I would highly recommend Dr. Black, this amazing team of doctors and their great support team!

Going to the doctors always make me very nervous. Everyone here in the office was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. It became a pleasant experience and they were more than happy to answer all my questions.
