The first step toward a new look is your initial plastic surgery consultation at our Port Jefferson office. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A., Dr. Jacobs attended Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and graduated in 1972. He completed his General Surgery Residency at the Polyclinic Medical Center in Harrisburg, PA and his Plastic Surgery Residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.

Doctor Jacobs, is AWESOME. Second Thread Lift to my face. Only 1 week later and the results better than I expected. Doctor Jacobs did fillers, my lips came out PERRRFECT and botox. On 04/19 /21 Dr. Warm performed a lower face/neck lift 0n me, if a face lift can be fun, this was! Dr. Warm and his staff made me feel so comfortable! After I woke up from the procedure I felt great! I felt like I had a great nap! I didn't even need a Tylenol, and continued to feel great! I am 66 and I felt I looked 76,I had jowls and turkey neck Dr.

I injured my face badly in a face first bicycle accident, Dr Warm stitched me up, over 200 stitches! He did it all with patience and kindness, and now you can barely tell I had an accident. It's no wonder that his staff is just as excellent and professional, they would be the first people I would steer someone to if they were in need of cosmetic surgery.
