I recently switched to Dr Brackups practice, and I am finally 100% satisfied with my botox. I drive 45 minutes from the city just to come here. Stacey is professional and extremely talented. She knows exactly what she's doing, and has helped me achieve a natural yet completely smooth appearance. I can't say enough great things about Stacey and this practice as a whole. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I love the team at Dr. Brackup's office! They are helpful, friendly, accommodating and the best in the industry as it relates to cosmetic dermatology. Stacey has done an amazing job of fixing the issues I had with my skin and finicky capillaries and pigmentation - I will never go see anyone else! Stacy is the perfect mix of professional and real! She is the best of both worlds. Not only is she an RN but she has an esthetician license as well, She can do it all, with the knowledge base to back it up. She will NEVER steer you wrong or ever make you look "too much" which is what most people fear in this industry. She is always 100% honest which is so important when having anything aesthetically done! If you choose her you won't regret it!

The entire office is wonderful, knowledgeable and truly has the best intention for each patient. Stacey is extremely thorough and will review all of your questions during your consultation. She is excellent and talented with her skill, no one quite knows skincare like she does! I have had multiple appointments with her for skincare and Botox over the years and I couldn't say enough about her. 10/10 recommend this facility. Highly recommend! Had laser hair removal with Stacey and I felt very comfortable with the whole process. She was professional and prepared me for the experience. I wish I did this years ago! Everyone in the office is so nice and really makes you feel like you belong there. I can't wait to go back for a new procedure.

Unfortunately I have a bad experience and can not recommend Dr. Allan Brackup. He performed face lift in order to reduce my double chin. A lot of residual fat in chin area was visible since the first surgery follow up. Dr. Brackup explained it as edema after the surgery. During next 6 month he was insisting on improvement in future 6 month and even more, up to 1.5 year.

He said that it was nothing to correct and absolutely technically impossible to do a second skin tightening. As the double chin remained I had to go for second opinion and did correction surgery for another 5 thousand dollars with another surgeon. When I informed Dr. Brackup, he said that all past months he insisted on correction surgery by himself and even made notes about it, and it was my decision to be treated by another surgeon and to pay additional amount of money.

I am writing to inform Dr. Brackup future patients that if the initial surgery will not be completely successful they should not expect Dr. Brackup to correct it as he has to do it free of additional charge for patients. I can confirm that everything I wrote is based on my medical knowledge as I am M.D.

After thoroughly researching and visiting a number of different plastic surgeons I recently had my first cosmetic procedure with Doctor Alan Brackup. During my initial consultation Dr. Brackup spoke about the area I wanted to improve. He gave me three different options, taking time to explain the procedures and walk me through the process of each.

As this was my first elective surgery I had many questions. Dr Brackup and his staff were responsive and accommodating. Going into my surgery I felt totally comfortable. I had my surgery a little over six weeks ago and I could not be happier with the level of care.
