Dr. Masri was able to remove a large mole from face after my dermatologist warned me off because of scarring. He was kind and efficient and a joy to work with. I am so pleased with his work so far! It's only been two weeks and everything is healing nicely. The office staff was friendly and chatty. I would go back in a heartbeat for other services.

I go here to get laser removal and this place is the best. I highly recommended Masri Clinic. I have tried other laser and never saw the results like I have here.

I've been a customer for many years and I've tolerated long waits and results that I haven't really liked. I have more than once felt the girls talking to me understood me, only to have Dr. Masri gave his opinion that I was stupid not to want more. I drove to Dearborn to get PiQuo and they had me waiting for a long time and after waiting half an hour, I told them I couldn't wait longer, and they said the doctor had to give me the "block" Well, PiQuo doesn't require a block.

They didn't know why I was there! They lie. There are always lots of employees but they always make you wait. They are more interested in selling you stuff than doing what you want. I'm done! Not going back!

I was very pleased with my results when I came here last year for filler. I'm now starting Botox and couldn't go anywhere else! I travel a distance to come here and will continue to do so because I trust them and I've had great results from dr. Masri and staff!

Was very impressed when I went there for my first time a couple months ago! Nice facilities, very pleasant employees, very helpful and he did a great job working around my budget. And I was very pleased with the results and will definitely be going back there.

I have been going to Dr. Masri, for over a year now, I have been using his product Revivex Plus, to even out my skin tone and keep my complexion in check. It is hands down one of the best cosmetic products around.even better than Obagi! However, my last two appointments were with an employee who goes by the name of Gina, who appeared to be a young short woman, no taller than 4'10.

The first time I met her she informed me she was a M.D. of Aesthetics. The next appointment, I found out she held no degree and had no clue what she was doing, since she told me the complete opposite of what I was told about the Revivex Products. Gina even said that Revivex Plus, will be discontinued since, she did not like the product, So, if I wanted any of the products that were left, I could purchase them for cash only at $350.00 a set. well below the $500.00 that she originally charged for it. I declined and have now stopped going to Dr. Masri and or purchasing the product. I have recently found Revivex Plus being sold on ebay for $200.00 for the set.

Worst experience! Lots of miscommunication ending in bad results. Doc said "I don't have time to hear your concerns, I was called in to the room by accident". And went on to reprimand the MA for calling him in.

I love Doctor Masri, he and his staff are very Professional, helpful and friendly! I recommend them to anyone and everyone!

1 star for this clinic because it's a clean facility and has easy parking spots in the structure for clients. This is a review on the allergy shots given at Masri Clinic, not on any of the cosmetic surgeries. Dr. Masri is also a nose and throat doctor so his office does offer allergy shots. My friend came here for over a year for his allergy shots and it has been more than once when he drives all the way to the clinic after already calling them ahead of time telling them we are on the way.

When we arrive, they tell him that his shots are not available. If they knew already that he was coming (which was always consistent with the day he went and around the same time every week), why would they not tell him over the phone that his shots are not available? Instead of telling him after he gets there. His staff members are unreliable and incompetent.

I received smart lipo. Very professional and took time to explain everything. Pleased with results. The wait time at office is always very long though.

Great prices and even better staff. Julie is one of the only injectors to be able to freeze my forehead! Her Botox is a 5 star job every time!

Writing a review for the chemical peels! I have received 4 so far and I am constantly getting compliments on my skin. It definitely improved my acne and pigmentation and gave my skin a little glow!

I love this clinic it is great! I went here because i coudn't breathe they were very nices to me and found out i needed septum surgery and the Doctor explaned everything and the surgery went great and the recover was excellent and now i can breathe again because of Dr. Haitham Masri is a very amazing doctor!

Terrible clinic. Between my initial consultation and first treatment I was told 2 different opposing opinions about the expectations for my results. I never returned for a follow up treatment, after I requested I be contacted by a manager and I received no call. Not worth risking your health with these people, they don't take anything seriously enough to be worthy of your money.

Dr. Masri is great, but most of the rest of the staff is not very helpful. After being a client here for several years. They suddenly started insisting on payment up front, claiming that it had "always"been the office policy. Sorry folks. I find this offensive and tacky and will definitely be looking elsewhere!

I just started going here for laser hair removal after purchasing an amazing deal on Groupon (6 treatments for $99) and I have to say that I'm a fan. My first appointment arrival was rough, there was some rally going on downtown E. Dearborn & I had to park super far away & then I couldn't find the door to enter so I'll tell you now & save you the hassle, park & enter in the back.

When I first called to make my appointment the woman I spoke with was rude, when I told her I needed an appointment after 5 or a Saturday she started huffing & puffing & acting like I asked for her first born & told me that was NOT an option even though the Groupon said they were open until 7 on Thursday & also open on Saturdays. Eventually I settled for a 4:30 & took time off work which I wasn't happy about but my next appointment was at 5:15 so I just had to leave work a little early that day.

When I went in the woman working the front desk wasn't very friendly toward me, she didn't really make eye contact when speaking to me & kept calling me Shelly but once I got back to the girl who would be performing my procedures I felt more comfortable. She was very nice, informative, and answered all of my questions. The first visit was just to test & make sure I wouldn't have a reaction to the laser so for the second visit I saw the same girl & again, she was very nice & informative as I had more questions.

I was afraid at first that because I was a Groupon user they might not give the same service they would had I paid full price but that wasn't the case at all. The service was quick, fairly painless & well worth the $99! My 1 complaint about the actual facility is that there is a sign when you walk in that says "no children" but there were kids in there acting up both times I was there so obviously they don't enforce this rule which really sucks!

I agree with Kim. Same exact Groupon story. After 4 successful treatments (treatments, not visits.visits=poor customer service.cancelled appointments on me, didn't actually have the appointment scheduled, late starting time of appointments) of the first body part, I paid to have a second part of my body get treated. 6 full treatments of body area #1, with A LOT of regrowth.

I have only been 3 times for my second body area and have seen poor results. I don't think the laser settings were correct on the 2nd and 3rd treatment. I say I have only been 3 times because I can't get another appointment! I paid full price with their word laser treatments could be done on Saturdays and later in the evenings. Now I can't get a Saturday appointment through August and can't have a week appointment after 4:30 becuase it is laser hair treament. 6 week intervals is no good when you can't get an appointment for 3 months. I do not think the employees are friendly at all. I have yet to call the Dearborn location to see if I can get an appointment there.
