I had a BBL surgery with Dr. Saunders 7 months ago and I am not at all happy with the results. My goal was to have a tiny waist, flat stomach, and a larger bottom half - which is the goal of all BBL surgeries. I told Dr that I was thinking of getting liposuction only because my problem area was my stomach/love handles, I already had a nice sized bum. Dr. Saunders convinced me to get the full BBL which obviously costs more money and now I'm not happy with the results.

Some fat was removed to reshape my bum, which is HUGE now. But I still have stomach rolls and back fat to the point that I don't feel comfortable wearing a bathing suit. Now I'm still paying off my surgery, and have to hide in a coverup dress this summer. For me, that is not success. I wish I had just lost weight instead of wasting thousands of dollars on a surgery, and my new plan is to just try to lose weight the right way this time.

I had my consultation in January. I barley had to ask any questions because by the time Dr Saunders was done telling me the details he just about answer all of the questions I had written down to ask. Dr. Saunders seemed to be very professional and knew what he was talking about when it came to the surgery I am looking for which is a tummy tuck. He spoke with me and took his time.

I was in the office with him for about 30 minutes just to discuss and I knew what my decision was by the end of the 30 min. If he didn't already answer all my 30 questions this would have been a very long visit. He is thorough and I like his personality so far. For the record I did meet with 3 other Dr and they were definitely not the chosen one. I have a date set in early September and I will be rating how it all goes for surgery and the after looks.

Dr. Saunders and his staff are amazing! I recently had a BA and have nothing but positive feedback. He and his team are very accessible and quick to get back to you with any questions you have (I had several throughout the process). I would highly recommend this practice!

I lost 100 lbs and I became an NPC Figure competitor, in translation, I went from being obese to being on stage. Although the weight loss is a fantastic accomplishment, the outcome results often vary for everyone. I struggled with having excess skin above and below my stomach. With removing 5 lbs worth of skin as a result of my tummy tuck, but those 5 lbs were a big time heavy bolder on my confidence. Dr Saunders changed my life for the better. I am finally learning how to love myself, and finally live the life I've always wanted for myself.

Dr. Saunders is an excellent surgeon and physician. He is extremely thorough and professional and provides extensive post op followup and care that expands more than a year after surgery. His staff at the Chadds Ford office is top notch as well as that facility. I highly recommend him.
