Nichole brought with her 10+ years of business experience when she joined Twin City Plastic Surgery and Oasis Medical Spa & Wellness as the Practice Manager back in January of 2013, and although she was new into the healthcare arena at the time, she continues to learn and understand the challenges faced by the medical field through the ever-changing healthcare landscape.Otherwise, she enjoys leading a team of wonderful professionals and managing all aspects of the business from the finances to the day-to-day operations of Twin City and each of the doctors' private practices as well.

Welcome to the website of Dr. Laura Randolph, home to Bloomington and Central Illinois' female plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. We specialize in facial rejuvenation, body contouring, and cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgeries. We've created this site as a resource to help educate and encourage you to think about the possibility of change.
Dr. Randolph is board certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She has been in practice in the Bloomington-Normal area since 2004 and maintains privileges at all local area hospitals. As a surgeon, her goal is to provide patients with honest and up-to-date information, comprehensive care and excellent service.
As a board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Randolph is trained in all aspects of reconstructive surgery. Dr. Randolph's focus in her practice is performing breast reconstruction and skin cancer reconstruction. It is a particular interest and passion to help breast cancer patients from their initial diagnosis and consultation to the final aspects of breast reconstruction.
The advent of non-surgical procedures such as Botox, fillers and skin care have skyrocketed in popularity over the past 5 years. Little to no down time or recovery along with fairly noticeable improvements to the facial appearance have made these procedures popular. In-office procedures using both skin care and injectables can help lessen fine lines and wrinkles and restore a more youthful volume to the face. Although damage occurs gradually over time, science and medicine have evolved to provide immediate improvement.

I had both a mole removal on my face as well as reconstructive surgery on my leg, and Dr. Randolph, as well as her staff, were so caring and did a wonderful job on both. They were very confident in their work, which always made me feel safe and comfortable, both in their office and in the surgery center. She has a very kind and warm personality which helps during surgery, as well as before when you're nervous! I recommend Dr. Randolph to anyone, she does great work!

My experience with Dr. Randolph has been fabulous! At every appointment, Dr. Randolph took time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable. I was never rushed and always received the best care. Dr. Randolph's staff was amazing. Everyone was kind, welcoming and full of positive energy. I would highly recommend Dr. Randolph!

Dr Randolph and staff have been wonderful to work with. The entire process from consult through prep, surgery through recovery, has been so easy. The staff is thorough, educated and followed through on all items and requests. They helped with all my insurance needs to ensure everything was taken care of prior to my procedure. Dr Randolph is a very compassionate and kind surgeon, and her work is phenomenal. I couldn't be happier with my decision to move forward with the surgery, or with my decision to work with Dr Randolph and her staff. 5 stars all around!

If I could give more stars I would. Dr. Randolph and her office team are awesome! So kind, attentive, and the results I had from reconstruction were amazing! Dr. Randolph cares about the patient as a whole. She spends time answering questions and she will be honest with you. The only bad thing about having such successful outcomes is that I will not get to see her and her staff on a regular basis again!

I had a mole removed 8 years ago by Dr. Randolph and it left a horrible scar. When I got the stitches out, it was obvious already that there would be a big scar. Dr. Randolph told us because of the placement of the mole, a bad scar was inevitable, yet we were pressured into plastic surgery for minimal scarring because I was young. You can see each individual stitch, and the skin is very thin and often still irritated.
The only solution offered was to reopen the scar and re-stitch it, which is not something I would ever do at this office. Again, this was many years ago, but I thought it was worth sharing.

My experience with Dr. Laura Randolph has been amazing. I had a breast augmentation done in December 2018 and had mentor slightly over filled mod-x implants put in. She was so helpful throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed and she was so helpful in answering all my questions. I could tell that she was listening and really cared about what I was wanting done, and truly helped me in feeling so confident in my decision.
Her staff was so friendly and even sent me flowers the day after my procedure! I'm now almost 4 weeks out, still with some recovering to be done, but couldn't be happier with my results! Highly recommended!
