Very thorough check ups. The doctors and their assistants are easy to talk to. And they are reliable to have work on any skin issues.

I am new to Spokane, and was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment so quickly. I saw Mara & she was very kind & caring. So happy I found a good dermatologist to see. Also front office staff are very professional & kind.

The dr was excellent at listening to me and answering my questions and even did 2 excisions the first visit! She was very nice and kind.

I have been to Northwest Dermatology three times for different reasons. Each visit was characterized by friendly professionalism and my issues were addressed quickly. I saw a different provider elsewhere a number of years before and found that office to be more interested in selling high priced creams and procedures--completely different experience at Northwest Dermatology. Very pleased to work with them.

I have been using this practice for years. I've had several skin cancers frozen or removed through the years. They do good work and are quite knowledgeable.

The time spent there was great. The team was very pleasant including the doctor. They put me at ease asked how I was doing and treated me like I was someone they had known for years. I would recommend them for any dermatology needs.

Erin is great. She does thorough skin checks and brings her depth of experience to augment the clinical visit.

Erin was very thorough and spent time going over the treatment process. It was a very pleasant experience. My only complaint was that I was there 15 minutes ahead of time as I was instructed to be. My appointment was at 11:00 I did not get called back until 11:30. The wait time when I got into a room was not very long. I was not in a hurry so I was patient. But if I was on a tight schedule it would have been different. Other than the wait it was a good experience.

I've been going to Northwest Dermatology for about six years. They are very professional and always treat me very well. I have gone to other dermatologists in the area and I like this business better than the others. They are also honest. You won't regret setting up an appointment with Northwest Dermatology

The staff was amazing, they were carrying and courteous with smiles on their faces, totally ready to help me with whatever my needs were! The nurse that took all my vitals was super friendly and listently to my answers to her questions. Dr. Butler was very friendly and listened intently to my concerns and addressed all of them without hesitation! I felt like he really cared about me and my health, and he took steps to take care of all my needs & concerns!

The X-ray tech was friendly and conscientious with the numerous x-rays he took and the Lab staff was wonderful and took care in drawing my blood for work-ups needed! I would definitely recommend Dr. Butler and all the staff at Arthritis Northwest, to my family & friends needing his expertise!

Very curt front office and especially the lady bringing me back to the room. Staff just generally not warm and caring. I didn't get the feeling of being heard

Always courteous and professional. It takes time to get an appointment as with all medical offices, however they work hard to see you in emergencies. Im retired from medical industry, therefore Ive worked with most of Spokane and Seattle area medical professionals.

If i could prevent anyone from having the same lack of care as i have received I would do all I could. they are more suited to going full MOHS on anything. rudest staff. takes 3 weeks to be able to make an appointment after the referral has arrived at their office. I have been a patient for years and the practice is worse than when i started. much much worse

Jolie, ARNP and front office staff, especially, Heather, know you on first name basis, everytime! Treat you like family members, with respect, professional, promptness and kindness! Superior service always. Dr. Hsu of course too. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Front desk staff was cheerful and scheduling was easy. Nurse and doctor were friendly and efficient. Doctor was willing to answer questions and understood and addressed my concerns. My only complaint is that they don't do general practice because I would absolutely come back for primary care if they did.

I've been here a handful of times throughout the years and always had a good professional experience. I've struggled with acne my whole life as it's evolved well into adulthood and they have always been precise in treating it. My husband and teen have also been in and had very informed visits with good outcomes. The waits are no different than any other medical facility. Some are very quick, and easy. Other times there might be a bit of a wait, but not bad.

Had to have a skin cancer removed. Dr. Norris and the Mohs team were fantastic. They were all very professional, kind and made sure you were comfortable throughout the entire process.

I have been a patient of Dr Hsu since 1998 and have receivd superior care. I have had many skin cancers removed by Dr Hsu, including three melanomas in situ. The office staff have always been helpful and the patient care coordinators have been very helpful when I needed a referral to a plastic surgeon. I recently met Dr. Norris when I required a Mohs procedure, and was equally impressed with her.

I called NW Dermatology for an appointment as a new patient. As I provided my medical issue, name and address the receptionist explained I was already in the system. I recall making an appt 7 years ago in 2011 but they couldn't get me in for several weeks and I had an emergency. I had to make an appt with a different provider to take care of that issue right away.

This time they told me they have a policy that if you "no-show" they won't schedule you - ever. According to their website they treat patients with compassion and respect. This policy clearly lacks compassion and respect. I wouldn't want care from them after all with this type of practice. And, after reading reviews they've done me a favor in seeking out a more compassionate provider.

Saw Dr Hsu for years and really liked him. However, in the last few years, you can only get an appointment with a PA unless you want to wait three months to see the doctor. The PA is NOT a physician and is only good good for minor things. My issue was shrugged off because she did not recognize a fairly common skin disorder. I went to another office and saw a physician who recognized the problem as soon as he saw me. We are now seeing another dermatologist.

We have tried a number of dermatologists in the Spokane area and not had great luck. At NW Dermatology our whole family now goes to physician's assistant Erin Nulf. She is outstanding. We have a teenager that has struggled with acne and so we've paid a lot of money to be prescribed different meds by different dermatologists and PA's. Erin took the time to ask all of the necessary questions and realized it was going to take a different plan of action. I've sent friends to her now who have had the same success in different areas of dermatology too.

She has great communication skills and takes the time to explain everything as far as the prognosis, purpose of care etc which in turn is going to get buy in and understanding from the patient which will result in better results for the patient.

Good patient care however one front desk person was rude and they have terrible billing. I was told I had a zero balance then they sent me a bill over a year later. They said insurance denied the claim. My insurance company sent them a letter in January and they finally sent me a bill in August. It shouldn't take that long! Then they send my bill to collections within 2 months!

This physician's office may very well be the most efficient & friendliest office I have ever experienced. Dr Hsu is by far the greatest dermatologist I have ever met and here's why. He's gentle & kind. He scanned my entire body for precancerous and other concerns. Rather than to try to sell me an expensive laser treatment, he wrote me a script for a topical solution, when properly used, will eradicate my precancerous areas.

He has a warm heart and goes out of his way to make each of his patients feel as special as can be. He thoroughly appears to not only appreciate his patients but also his work and his amazingly devoted staff starting with his assistant Lisa and Jesslynn at check-in and also Heather on checkout. (Just to name a few of whom speak admirably of this extraordinary Doctor Hsu) I know & trust I'm in great hands after I leave each office visit.to me, this is worth everything!
