Dr. Matthew Shambaugh has been practicing in Fort Wayne since 1991 as a board-certified plastic surgeon. He is committed to providing excellent care and services to his patients. Dr. Shambaugh has additional training in cosmetic surgery, as well as microsurgery. He also participates in multiple national and regional plastic surgery meetings as part of his commitment to provide the Fort Wayne community with new and exciting procedures and techniques in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery for the benefit of the patients.
With your help, we were able to present a check for $10,437.45 to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana. The physicians and staff of Summit Plastic Surgery strongly believe in giving back to our community and we couldn't do this without your help! A HUGE Thank You to everyone that helped us raise money at our Think Pink event this year.
Overall, he did a fantastic job, and the staff are fantastic as well, the only regret I have is not being able to see them all anymore, what a fabulous bunch of people and a terrific plastic surgeon, wonderful job Dr. Shambaugh, thank you! Dr. Shambaugh and his staff are very knowledgeable and caring people.

Very impressed with Dr. Shambaugh and his team! Everything went smooth from my consult to surgery without any hiccups. Dr. Shambaugh was very patient and honest with any questions that I had. He did not try to sell me on more expensive options and Dr. Shambaugh and his NP provided their honest/unbiased medical opinions which were 100% accurate with my results.
I was provided with multiple different price options at my consult and was not charged a dollar more. I am SO happy with my results and thankful that I chose Summit Plastic Surgery!

12/10 recommend! I'm a travel nurse who typically has to get my Botox redone in different states of the country and I have to say Rikki was by far my favorite technician. Not only does she use the least amount of units necessary to obtain your results she also injects you the most minimum amount. I got my lips done with her too using lip fillers and I have ZERO BRUISING! I almost wish I lived here so I could keep going back!

This office wouldn't let me reschedule even though I told them that I had my daughter that day and I couldn't find a sitter for her and they wouldn't let me bring her. They told me I couldn't reschedule and I wouldn't be able to be seen by their practice; and they were very rude when they said this to me. I feel being rude is unprofessional and uncalled for; if the person can't be seen anymore so be it that doesn't give them a pass to be rude. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone if the staff is rude how are the Drs there?

Rikki was extremely friendly and the entire staff! They made me feel welcomed and had answers for all my questions. The results were incredible and right before my eyes. If anyone has ever thought about varicose vein removal, then this is the best place to be. Thank you Rikki and of course the rest of the staff on your excellent customer care and smiles! 2 Thumbs Up!
