When I went to the office the front staff was phenomenal everybody was kind but Dr. came in and I was just thrilled that I thought I had finally found someone who would listen or do something to help me. And stead he told me what I want to do here put me out the door and that was it! Told me to see a different type of doctor! After for doctors of told me to see dermatology.

Very helpful and patient front desk. Honestly forgot the name of the woman who took care of me but she had a nose piercing and pretty long nails. She was extremely helpful. Dr. Aaron McCook was very caring and eager to help me quickly.

I developed a mole on the right flank of my back, and was scared that it might be more than just a normal mole. I was seen first by Medical Assistant Claudia and then by Aaron McCook, Physician's Assistant. Claudia listened to my concerns. I felt that maybe I was being foolish for my concerns, but then I felt okay, because Claudia actually listened, never interrupted me, and gave me the room to share my worries.

For this I am grateful. Thank you, Claudia. When PA Aaron came into the exam room a couple of minutes later, he put me at ease with his usual upbeat and positive vibes. Both Claudia and Aaron made me feel like I was in expert, capable hands. The procedure was performed with the utmost care. I don't want to have anyone except Dermatology & Skin Cancer of Las Vegas take care of my skin's health. Thank you Aaron, thank you Claudia.

They never responded to my pharmacy faxes and never answered their phone calls. PA gave a direct order to MA to have my prescription called to my pharmacy. MA never called the pharmacy. I called office many times after my visit. Never answered the phone. Once someone answered and put me on hold over 10 minutes. Then she hanged up on me. I was not able to get no one else to answer their phone. Very very very poor customer service. I still don't have my medicine that I need.

I've been to many dermatologist and Dermatology & Skin Cancer of Las Vegas is the best! Aaron the PA is fantastic and will address and educate on any questions you may have. They do much more than just diagnosis. They inform, treat, and advise on what's best. Super professional staff with amazing facilities. Glad I found them. Good Dermatologist are hard to find and professional staff is a sign of great leadership

I love it here! Carmen takes the absolute best care of me. She is very invested in my skin and makes sure to share her wisdom. I'm very thankful I found this place. I'm currently alternating peels and microdermabrasions every 2 weeks and have seen a marked difference in the appearance of my skin.

Best dermatologist in town they are friendly and efficient. They took the time to listen to all my concerns. Aaron is a great physician! Medical Assistant was super nice and chemical peel process was fast. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

So glad I found this place! I arrived 20 minutes early and they took me back within 10 minutes. I had to get a biopsy of something in my finger and it took about 5 minutes total and the only pain I felt was getting poked with the needle to numb my finger first. They had great bedside manner. I was also a new patient and had only booked with them 3 days prior, so no waiting for 3 months to see a doctor!

Took my daughter in today for some scalp itchin, Dr. Aaron was very rude, I don't understand how can you diagnose someone without examination. Your that great that you can tell what a person has just by looking at their head. From looking at other people remarks I guess he's a nice doctor, this is my experience he might of been having a bad day I don't know. Thank God for us he's not the only dermatologist in town. I gave it 2 bc the office was clean, very nice and the front desk lady was friendly.

Went to see Carmen for my micro dermatologist. It was my first time to get one and I am very pleased I went to this place. Carmen was very detailed and very knowledgeable with all my skin questions & she was awesome. I highly recommend her. I have referred her to my daughters, coworkers and friends.

Dr. Mehdi is great. He has alot of patience and a great bedside manner. The office staff are sweet and the place is very clean. Minimal wait time.

I found this office online and so far they have a ver Welcoming environment, efficient check-in process, cordial staff. Professional and kind! Good experience all around.

Well it took me 4 weeks to finally get an appointment. That was an unpleasant experience, the call center was not helpful at all I told them that I have metastatic breast cancer and a very large tumor and I can't wait three weeks for an appointment; they said well we're sorry. I called the office directly and explained the situation to Katie and she took action to look at my chart and have somebody call me back.

After reading my history they decided I cannot wait that long and took me the following week which is today. The staff were so welcoming and so nice but the game changer was Nadia. She listened to my whole story and what I went through to finally get to you guys and she took action right away and I will be going back to her next week for a biopsy and then plan for a surgery.

She was thorough, friendly and funny and I really appreciated her attitude towards my situation! She was caring and compassionate and we both said look forward to seeing you next week even though the circumstances aren't the best I do look forward to seeing you guys next week for a follow up and hopefully move forward with the situation.

Went in cuz I had some sort of bite or sunburn thing on my head that at this point had disappeared by the time I got through cuz of my insurance. but they were amazing I got my first of a few facial peels cuz I am a sun goddess. though I sunscreen I'm not using zinc. they were professional lovely patient tender and I really trust them

They are such a terrible institution. We were referred to them by our primary care. They turned down the insurance referral and asked us that they cannot accept it, even though the referral has all their information. We went with it and paid cash, thought to deal with the insurance later. At the end of the visit they told us that they will send the prescription to the pharmacy, so you guys go directly there.

We went to the pharmacy that they send the medication too. They have never faxed the prescription, we call them back 4 times no answer. I just wanted to share my experience with others, to help them make a better decision about this facility.

Very friendly environment. Loved the attention they give you and how they explain every detail of what they do. Excellent customer service. NADIA is such a great doctor THANK YOU for making this cyst disappear from my face without leaving a scar.

Great office staff! This was my second visit and everything went smoothly. Nadia was excellent and extremely compassionate.she did a great job! I appreciate her so very much. Thanks ladies!

I had a great experience at Redondo Beach Skin and Cancer center. I was a little nervous but the girls made me feel comfortable. I have hyper pigmentation on my face. There is a large one close to my right cheek and they were worried about the discoloration so they took a biopsy. It was so fast that I didn't feel anything. The doctor explained what she was doing in detail and then I had a chemical peel.

I felt very comfortable and looking forward to my next appointment in a month. I will refer my family and friends here. I feel so confident that my hyper pigmentation will brighten up so I no longer have to cover it up and get stared at.

I had a video visit and the staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. I mentioned my problem areas and they were all addressed completely. I received a treatment plan that not only am I comfortable with but my insurance covers it. I would 100% recommend them!
