I've been going to Advanced Skin Treatment Center for a few years and not once have I ever had a poor experience! The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable and they always make me feel welcome from the moment I step into the office! I will continue seeing Dr. Cook and staff for my skin care needs!

This place probably is great but, when calling to find about their services, they do not fully let you explain or just offer a consultation to check out the problem. Maybe if you see a patient's problem before saying we don't treat that, it may be something you actually treat. Thank you for you level of politeness even if it did feel like a brush off.

Dr. Elaine's staff is so nice and welcoming! I felt like I was at a day spa, but with lasers! April did a phenomial job and was extremely friendly. Every procedure was explained thoroughly by both the doctor before hand and by her nurse. I felt so comfortable and relaxed in her new office and I can already see the results of my Clear and Briliant acne and discoloration treatment. Her products and fabulous, I enjoy the body wash, face wash, and moiturizer but will definatly keep trying more of her products!

Had my first ever acne and discoloration skin treatment done and I love that I can already see results! Staff is super friendly and welcoming! The doctor discussed many options and how each procedure was done with me during my consultation and let me decide whatever I was comfortable with. I appreciated her nurse going over again what the procedure entailed when I went in for the treatment and I thought she was so kind explaining how the laser works and what to expect. The new office is professional and in a great location, easy to get to!
